Bought a new camper from but then they closed the workshop, so be careful if you have a problem no workshop

This company is family run and it shows, there attention to detail was very high ,and the friendly manner made it a pleasure to buy a van from them

Smooth, quick and efficient handover of the rental vehicle. All was described clearly and it was straight forward. The vehicle performed well for the trip we did, it was comfortable and warm, even for the beginning of October and the night time temperatures were about 5-6C. The vehicle was handed over clean and spotless. We had no issues with using the vehicle and indeed, we actually enjoyed using it so much, we ended up putting a deposit down for our own.

From our initial telephone enquiry we made and spoke to Louise, who answered our questions, gave advice regarding which motorhome would suit our needs best without any pressure to hire. We got the sense she was genuinely interested and enthusiastic about our plans.
Communication via telephone or email with RoseIsle was prompt, warm and reassuring. Indeed the system they use for uploading confidential documents and personal information for motorhome insurance purposes was reassuringly easy and secure.
When we arrived to pick up our Deluxe 2 motorhome, we were greeted by Megan who was really welcoming, she gave us plenty of time, explained all the features of the motorhome and how to use them safely and how the motorhome needed to be returned. She answered our questions which gave us piece of mind as motorhome first-timers!!
Our car was parked in their secure compound for the duration of our holiday, which was one less aspect to worry about, whilst we were touring Scotland.
Our motorhome was fully equipped, spotlessly clean and all features alongside stunning Scottish landscapes on the NC 500 made our first motorhome touring experience a memorable one.
On our return, Jon-Paul greeted us and facilitated a smooth no hassle handover of the motorhome we had hired. He provided us with refreshments and showed interest in our ventures and we did not feel rushed in the slightest.
The RoseIsle team in our opinion went above and beyond our very exacting expectations. We cannot recommend RoseIsle enough as the hire company to choose for touring Scotland. We feel it is essential to support local family-run businesses and we will not hesitate to explore Scotland in the future using a RoseIsle motorhome.

Roseisle were such a wonderful experience and I had the pleasure of Megan to deal with my booking which was excellent, the service was flawless from the time of booking to handing the keys back, will definitely use them again in the future, the motorhome I hired was immaculate and an experience i will remember for a long time, 5 star service.

The van was well equipped and Had everything included from Double gas to toilet rolls and a great kit of helpful things in the garage boot

With the Covid restrictions we still found it a great experience

great service all round with great vans

Roseisle have been an amazing company to deal with from the beginning speaking with Louise to arrange dates and a suitable motorhome straight through to dealing with John Paul on booking the motorhome out and back in again with us the staff couldn't be any better and professional.

We had our motorhome (deluxe compact 2) for 5 nights to do the NC500 for myself my partner and our 1yr old and I must say its a perfect suitable vehicle in size for most of the roads on the NC500. The vehicle was also fully equipped with everything you will need and more also has an amazing heating system which kept us warm all night with outside tempatures in single didgets.

I reccomend roseisle highly and will definitely be looking at more hirings from them in the near future.

A really great company. The motorhome was spotless and the checking in and out process very thorough. Highly recommend.

We chose Roseisle on the basis of location and strength of review, and have to say were not disappointed.
There was a slight delay / confusion on some of the correspondence post booking but the quality of the service and vehicle was excellent. This extended to no quibbles with a minor knocks where a pheasant had taken a kamikaze run, other companies may have taken this as an opportunity for a further charge but not Roseisle.

We loved our week on the west coast. The van was very well kitted out with great features, most nights the temperature was down to single figures, but we were nice and warm inside. Both Jean Paul and Megan were very helpful at the collect and return, and at hand on the phone to answer my question. We will use Roseisle again, unless we buy a van of our own! Thanks!

Extremely pleased with our campervan! It was very clean had great included amenities & beds were very comfy! Their Amazing customer service made the whole experience even better! Our situation for insurance was a little complicated & they made sure everything ran smoothly & were very kind in explaining everything & very friendly! Highly recommend Roseisle & plan to hire again from them! Honestly I have no complaints about our experience!

We had a fantastic experience at Roseisle, the motorhome we hired was immaculate, well presented and well equipped. We have never used a motorhome before but with they’re online video & staff there to explain, made the W hole experience very easy and enjoyable. Both the process of collecting & dropping off was quick and easy and we would hire or buy a motorhome from Roseisle with out a doubt. We have just returned from an 8 day break. Roseisle are a professional company with a genuine caring attitude. From the original booking to handing the motor home back any contact with the team has been done professionally but made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. This attitude even continued when we returned the motor home to find our car had a flat tyre. The staff member arranged for the tyre to be blown up.The motor home itself was really well appointed and spotless.
I can’t recommend Roseisle enough and we will be hiring from them again!!

A brilliant experience and service. Though we had some unexpected errors in our van through no fault of our own or Roseisle, they dealt with it terrifically and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We've used Roseisle a few times now and they have always been excellent. The campers are in great condition and include most things you need for a trip.
