I had the best experience life could offfer doing the NC500 in The Compact plus model,the handover was great and everything was explained to me, every question I asked was answered and anything I was unsure of was explained to me in great detail.The van was cleaned to a very high standard and everything you needed was in the van that you needed for.your travels all i needed to pack was clothes and food.Taking the van back was just as easy. John Paul was very efficient and polite, couldnt have asked for a better experience. Looking to book again for next year

Very impressed with our hire experience with Roseisle. The ‘van was in excellent condition, well (and thoughtfully) equipped and spotlessly clean. The handover and return were efficient and friendly. We would have no hesitation in hiring from Roseisle again.

A great holiday provided by Roseisle. John Paul greeted us and showed us all the features of the motorhome. This was luxurious as advertised, with everything we needed for a great adventure.

We were welcomed back by Megan who made sure our holiday had gone well

Our whole experience was excellent. The motorhome was very clean and in an "as new" condition. Everything was explained very clearly and in a friendly way. We had a great time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Roseisle to anyone looking to hire a motorhome.

We hired a compact van for 4 nights and after an initial problem with the price the company very quickly sorted this out for us.
Pick up and drop off was very thorough.
The van was immaculate and well stocked.
We had a great time away exploring Scotland with the van and felt very safe with having our own toilet and cooking facilities.

My partner and I rented a campervan for 5 nights to explore the west coast of Scotland. The service was amazing, prior to arriving we received a video explains what van we were being given and shown how everything worked. We then arrived and were given a tour of van again explaining everything we needed to know. The van was full equipped with everything we needed to our trip, down to cleaning products and cooking utensils. After our 5 amazing days away we returned the van for it to be checked over and handed back. The service we received was fantastic, we will definitely be back to Roseisle Campervans!

First class experience dealing with Roseisle from start to finish, this was our first trip in a motorhome and it won't be our last.
John-Paul instilled confidence in us with his comprehensive guidance and instruction. A truly memorable trip around the NC500 enhanced further by the flexibility our motorhome gave us.

Excellent experience from booking to checking in with John Paul and then handing back the camper van. First time hiring a camper van and we would definitely do it again with Roseisle. Brilliant staff, brilliant service and quality vans.

Giving 1 star as i cant go lower. I dont want anyone else to go through horrible experience that i had so please read before you decide.
No complaints about the campervan itself which was received as expected but never have i ever seen this kind of customer service before.
Had a minor scratch at the bottom of the van which already had few previous scratches and was asked to pay £326 to replace the bumper which was actually £75 +50 manhour (as i was told later) and they were just trying to take advantage of me.
When i objected the high cost and need of replacement instead of repair the owner got very aggressive with very unprofessional manner and used foul language.
Additionally I had paid in advance for compressive insurance cover with £1200 excess but on the day of picking up van I was told that the excess has been increased to £1500 and i would need to pay more to get lower excess.

The quality, cleanliness and van facilities were excellent and we had a great holiday in Scotland! However, Roseisle's customer service fell short on some aspects. Frustratingly phone calls were often not answered during the booking process and during the hire period. Secondly, the payment process was mishandled. Having paid on time and in full we were chased over a period of days for non-payment and not believed despite providing confirmation from our bank that payment had been made. It turned out to be a Roseisle systems issue.

Great service and a fantastic luxury camper van with all the mod cons - super clean and really well equipped.

We rented a camper from Roseisle for a staycation around Scottish highland and all I can say is: "wow what a trip!"

All the staff were fantastic, friendly and knowledgable. The campervan was spotlessly clean and we hand no concerns for social distancing/handgel etc.

We'd love to one day buy a camper from them but alas we live 220 miles away!

I agree with the other reviews that the check in and out was very smooth and professional - but we had two bad experiences. We had scraped the side of the van on a very tight turning and had to pay £1500 excess - the company do offer that the excess can be reduced to £500 if you pay a small sum beforehand but I foolishly missed this. The end result is they have pocketed £1000 of our money - as the insurance company have a £500 excess. This seems amoral to me. (In addition the form actually says £1500 excess in one place but £1200 in another but I have had no reply about this.) A further complaint is that we were unable to contact anyone at the company on the Sunday when we had a problem with the van battery - we couldn't get an answer from the emergency number and Roseisle is shut on Sunday for any queries. We are AA members so got towed back and spent the night in the van in Whitecraig Road, not a nice end to the holiday.

Seamless booking, pick up and drop off. Camper was spotless! Handover instructions were thorough and everything was in working order. Great van, great trip

We were First time hirers so it was great to have such helpful and knowledgeable staff on hand to show us the ropes at collection. We travelled to Clachtoll which is a long way north with a couple of passing place only B roads to navigate. The automatic gearbox on our van made a huge difference. That journey is too far to go in one day so plans stop over part way if you’re planning to go that far north. The van itself was very well kitted tho we made use of the shower and kitchen facilities at our campsites as the vans are quite tight for space. A big thank you to the Roseisle staff who helped make our first campervan experience so enjoyable.

Hired the deluxe compact motorhome to be able to get away for a break as the Caribbean Villa was out the question...

Only negative was staff not wearing masks when we came to drop vehicle off at end of hire, although staff were wearing masks when we collected home...
