How can Roselinlin rate 3.8 stars

How can Roselinlin rate 3.8 stars, when 80% of people felt like I did, that it's a crock??
The fabric that they call linen, is so bad that I threw everything in the garbage, not wishing to send them to Goodwill. Yes, they were that bad.

It seems that we do not find any order under your user name.
If you have not submitted the order, you can still modify your item's quantity. The cart icon is on the top right of the page. Kindly please click the cart and view it.

Click the color/size of the item to update if any wrong with it. You can remove item or add/deduct the quantity in the cart as well.
If you have clicked the Proceed to Checkout button to submit the order, the shopping cart can no longer be edited in this case.
You can try to click the Return to cart/Shopping cart button at upper left of your page to go back to the previous level and then you can edit the cart again.
If it does not work, please ignore the order and place a new one. The unpaid order will expire automatically.

When the order is made, you can contact us to modify it before shipping. If you received duplicate items, you can contact us to return one of them.

I need to return all of the items on these order numbers.

I need to return these items. I have no way of doing that. After filling out part of the return form (as far as I could get) I cannot reach the "finish" or whatever button. I have used your "chat" where I was told for $1, which was supposed to be refundable, I could get more info. I did that and was charged $55 with no way to get a refund. When I call the phone number that is associated with that entity (which I got from my Credit card company), it is a wrong number. The order numbers I wish to return are HBQDB00404748 & HBQDB00403460. The items are all too large.

As for your return request on the other order ending by 3460, it could be caused by the system update issue, so the RETURN button does not show correctly. We apologize for this inconvenience and will forward this issue to our related department. Since we have submitted the return request for you, you do not need to submit again.

SHIPPING CHARGE

I was going to place an order and had met the free shipping purchase requirement. The shipping fee still appeared on my total. I live chatted with a rep and they said they would transfer the chat to someone who would remove the shipping charge but I have to submit my credit card information for a $1.00 refundable fee. WHAT? Sketchy at best! I have never ordered online where the free shipping charge remained after requirement was met. I did not place my order.

Quality is horrible

Quality is horrible! Feels like a plastic grocery sack. Not embroidered - its printed on the plastic feel fabric. When you try to return, there is no place to "submit", so you have to try to contact someone by chat. They say "it works for me". Its a complete scam

Get your fabric types right

Many of your clothes have 'linen" in the title but in the "description" it says polyester. you need to fix this. It has caused me not to buy many items. I want linen and cotton, not that slinky polyester you sell. I've trashed quite a few items in the past due to the fabric.

I ordered a top from Roselinlin because…

I ordered a top from Roselinlin because I loved their styles. I was so disappointed in the quality of the fabric
that I gave the shirt to Goodwill. I love their styles but hate the low quality of their materials.
