Please do not go anywhere near this site.
It is one of the worst sites I have ever come across. Slots are disgraceful % payout is very low maybe and payouts when you get bonus feature are embarrassing.
They pray on problem gamblers like myself to just give money away!!!!

Tried to withdraw - let me request 2 withdrawals of £250 each
Then tried to withdraw a 3rd and asking me to contact them.
But they only have a “live chat” which then basically sends an email thread so it isn’t live chat. I’ve potentially got £800 to come back to me and no way of getting in contact with anyone quick.

Probably the worst site I’ve ever played on! They make it easy to win but even harder to withdraw. They do no allow any documents to verify yourself. They verified my ID utility bill and payment of cards but that still wasn’t enough to withdraw any money. Stay away.

Run away scammers! Deposited 30€ , don't take any bonuses, turn over that deposit many times from 1 game winnings buy in another game bonus ,win 700€ , tried to withdraw but my money was confiscated because they're terms and conditions...Didn't seen biggest Scamers as they are

I'm worrying now after looking at reviews on this site,I've won and waiting to hear back from them after emailing then that I can't seem load any I.d up just won't let me do it then throws me off, guess I'm getting nothing then 😕

Look at the overall score, subsidiary of jumpman gaming, avoid this family of conmen. Or don't and burn your money

Terrible problems trying to upload documents, very complicated and couldn't upload photo ID, first told code 404;forbidden access denied, then told error site not available. Then when I finally got through on their system and after a lengthy process of moving the camera closer then adjusting etc I was asked questions, only to find the upload wouldn't process . Another error! So I'm no further on with funds I want to withdraw and cannot! Funny how when you join and deposit they take your money with no questions asked but when you want to withdraw faced with this. Needs to be addressed.

Dead spin after dead spin. Wish I'd looked through the reviews here before trying, but on my evidence, I'm amazed anyone had withdrawals to worry about getting.

It is amazing how many people are complaining about this company we can't all be wrong they should not be allowed to do this but they don't say when you pay your money In why can't they say sorry we ain't take your money till you prove who you are but they don't they take your money straight away and as soon as you have a win it should not be allowed if they can ask for proof when you win but they don't say after you put in £50 sorry you are spending to much rather than say it when you win £100 so we won't accept any more and why keep asking when you take monet out they want ID shame on you rose slots I will angel my account

Every time want to withdraw it won’t let you asks to verify ID which I have done over and over again and it’s all been verified, want to withdraw my winning of £1300 they have now froze my account and won’t let me withdraw many emails to them to which they just ignore, disgusting behaviour not allowing people to withdraw money from there accounts.

Signed up with these guys then read the reviews on Trust Pilot, I uploaded all documents exactly to their specification (and i was sure for it to be to their specification after reading these reviews) b4 hand and being cautious put a tenner on. Never got round to withdrawing anything but I did receive an email stating my documents had been rejected, 100% there was nothing wrong with the uploaded docs and again all was carefully double checked then uploaded so based on what iv read on here, plus the rejection of scrutinised and carefully uploaded docs I decided to permanently block myself and delete the account. My advise would be not to deposit anything until u have confirmation of acceptance of all documents and even then only deposit small amounts that u would be less likely to get irate over should they still not pay out, read up on the "NOT PROTECTED" status of ur funds to, does seem highly suspicious for any gambling company not to offer Protected status on punters deposits.

I have sent all my documents to validate my account again they have accepted some but won't accept the PayPal home page with my email address on there...

What a absolute scamming site won £1300 from a £150 deposit and they took it all and let me with £5 due to wagering requirements hopefully the owner catches covid and drops down wrapped up in there greed

So bad won’t verify ID after sending it at least 10 times rubbish at replying to emails...can’t withdraw your winnings...please avoid!!!

Didn't understand how my ID check wasn't enough. Sent email enquiry and recieved a condescending response. 3 forms of ID MUST be provided in order to withdraw then they charge for withdrawing winnings at the end of it. The worst site I've encountered so far, deactivated account and will not be spending any more money with this company.

If you win they block you from all sites I have contacted the CEO and director on LinkedIn and will now be campaigning with my contacts I have to get these scammers their license taken off them . I would be interested to speak to others who have been treated so unfairly by winning on these sites . Guys this is run by jumpman gaming look up the CEO in LinkedIn and if you would like some support with how you have been treated please contact me

Waited nearly a week for my withdrawal still nothing, still haven't got back to me, outrageous. I demand compensation for this!!

Awful site. Deposited £100 and thought I had won £2,500 - they basically have refused to pay out. Sent emails back fourth over 8 weeks. Had to contact my bank and get the £100 deposit back. Guys just avoid - thought it was too good to be true. Feel bad for anyone else as it seems hundreds of others have had same experience.
