Won £3000 off my own money I put in but yet already verified my ID I have withdrawn small winning like £150 and stuff with out a problem but will they heck let me take that £3000 out send about 50 emails still have not got my money out been 5 days now would not put a penny back in to this site!!!!! Avoid at all costs

I won £400 tries to withdraw and I sent all my documents and they put the money back into my rose slots account, they don’t want to pay anyone there winnings, it is a scam site it needs to be removed as they are fraudulent!!!!!!!

Ok....got told im "verified" via email, now i want to withdraw £250, they want id etc?. Reporting to ibas as all these sites start of well, but end up doing whatever they can to delay a withdrawal. DISSAPOINTED 😪
UPDATE....THIS SITE ISNT LISTED AS SAFE ON IBAS or ecogras WEBSITE which is hugely worrying 🤦🏿‍♂️

When first joined received lots of bonus offers, as time went on so these dried up, dispite already had my I. D confirmed its a nite mare trying to get a withdrawal,,, they hate u for it and it seems do everything they can to stop this.. Games are OK

Scam site wouldn’t use still trying to withdraw money form them keep Asking me for so many different utility bills, ids,bank cards etc have given all these now asking for them again to withdraw money will be reporting site and they can choke on the money at there Christmas party !!!

The site is smooth. Good selection of games on offer so no complaints there. However, asking you to wait 48 hours from registering a deposit method to withdrawing seems unnecessary and certainly not something I’ve had to do on multiple competitor sites I have used. Also, 72 hours to wait between requesting a withdrawal and it being processed is way too long. Plenty of other sites doing this in under 24 hours so no excuses really.

Just changed this from a 5 star to a 1 star review.

Customer service is nonexistent I won £1,800 and it says they may need to do more check before I can make the withdrawal (when I’ve already sent my ID and proof of address also I’m using a paypal account).
But then you have to email customer support, that’s where they let you down. I emailed 2 days ago (01/05) I’ve had 2 replies to the 6 emails I’ve sent and still not able to withdraw my winnings. Now it’s the weekend plus a bank holiday Monday so I’ll have to wait till Tuesday for an answer. Then it takes 72 hours for the payout, if they sort it Tuesday that will be 10 days to get my winnings. Just a bit crap when I put money in from my paypal account it comes out straight away.

Brilliant games starburst, enchanted prince. I have won tonight and hoping that they speedily verify all my account and process the winnings. Nice site and easy to navigate . Will update as soon as I can say this is definitely a trust worthy site :)

UPDATE : identity requested and sorted within 24hrs and withdrawal processed in 72 . It sits pending for some time but today has been processed. Feel this site is trust worthy . Worth noting if you win there are only 2 withdrawals per day .
