We were overwhelmed by the efficient and friendly service we received. Having bought and sold many properties in the past, Emma Halpin, and Debbie Whitehead of Ross Williams outshone any previous experience we have had. They along with other members of staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. Queries were dealt with immediately, and emails always replied to in a timely fashion. The advice we received was explained to us in a manner which was easily understood. We always had complete confidence in the way we were progressing. We would never go elsewhere for legal advice. An excellent experience from start to finish! Whilst in the process of selling my share of freehold house, it became apparent that my lease contained a clause which was no longer mortgage compliant. I contacted Emma to find out how to rectify this, and very quickly received clear replies explaining the options, timescales and costs. There was a time pressure as we had already exceeded the developer's deadline for completion of our onward newbuild purchase. Emma and her team did everything they could to expediate a Deed of Variation with lease extension; without their help, I feel certain we would have lost our onward purchase. We are extremely grateful!
