Not a good product
We purchased the latest version of the roti maker, and it has not worked at all. Despite multiple attempts to work with their support team, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the support experience. This has been a complete waste of money and time, and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Rotimatic Next - Poor Experience overall
I am using Rotimatic since last 5 years and having no issue with original machine. I recently purchased Rotimatic Next and am feeling the false claims with poor engineering and service.
- Poor Roti Quality: Despite multiple adjustments made during detailed, multi-hour sessions with customer support, the rotis are not being baked properly. The quality is significantly lower compared to my previous Rotimatic machine.
- Excessive Oil Consumption: Even on the minimal oil settings, the machine is consuming too much oil, which is a health concern if someone do not want to consume oiled rotis.
- Engineering Performance: The machine's noise level and overall performance are below expectations and do not align with the "low noise" and "better performance" claims on website when compared to my old model.
- Excessive Resetting and Warmup Time: Aata is frequently getting stuck, causing the machine to enter a reset and warm-up cycle that requires waiting over three minutes after each cleaning. This repeated delay is unacceptable when preparing a meal.
- Subpar Customer Support: My experience with customer support has been extremely poor. I was ignored multiple times during chat support, and on one occasion, a technician stopped responding mid-debug session. Additionally, scheduled debugging session was missed entirely by Rotimatic team, and I was lost mid-chat during another session. I had 4 chat sessions and spent multiple hours debugging this awesome engineered machine.
We have Rotimatic since last 5 years, and had given very positive reviews to our friends.

ordering experience is sour.
We are excited for machine to show up. Machine yet to be experienced, I will post review about product separately, ordering experience is substandard. I hope this experience will be better for other customers. I ordered the machine two and half month ago, i.e., 10 weeks. I still have no tracking information on the order. The chat goes to AI chat and provides close to nonrelevant information. When requested for human agent to chat to, i have kept window open for 24 hr continuous timeframe, never found anyone online to chat. I got email responses, that don't answer anything. it lacks customer service aspect completely through ordering process. I don't know when it will be delivered, their app says tomorrow, their website says 8-10 weeks shipping time, there is no tracking number, it is very confusing.

Avoid Rotimatic: Expensive Mistake and Poor Service
I strongly advise against buying a Rotimatic. I purchased a brand-new unit a year ago and used it only lightly (once every 2–3 days). Despite the minimal use, it recently stopped working due to a "dough stuck" error. It took three months of chasing customer service just to get a troubleshooting session. They finally informed me that because certain spare parts failed, the repair will cost $750. It is a complete waste of money for a product with such a short lifespan and slow support.

This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Order cancelled on 26th October and still no refund. It’s been two months and they sending the same reply. One trick after the other to delay. Spare yourself zone peace and stay away from them as most of the product reviews are awful.

Utterly disappointing experience and…
Utterly disappointing experience and not worth the £1,700 price tag of the Rotimatic Next after multiple discount codes.
Bought it last month and In my experience, the machine produces acceptable rotis only around 50–60% of the time. The remaining 40–50% of attempts fail due to repeated warming cycles or improper dough formation. When the dough has to be removed manually, the machine resets the entire process, resulting in a complete restart.
This leads to frequent delays, wasted ingredients, and 20–30 minutes lost in repeated loops without a usable outcome. Given the premium cost, I expected a far more reliable and seamless performance.

Thank God, I read the reviews on trust pilot before ordering.
I was about to order Rotimatic Next, following their advertisement on Facebook but decided to know others experience with the product and after sales service.
It seems clearly that their brand has been destroyed mainly due to their exceptionally bad after sales customer service. Product itself might not be as bad as their customers service.
Rotimatic just lost two potential customers due to bad reviews.
Fix your customers service before its too late!!

Overall experience is good. Customer service is excellent and response to inquire within 2 to 3 hours. Initially i have some issues with Rotimatic but technical team resolved all issues remotely.

My Rotimatic is not working and…
My Rotimatic is not working and keeps.turning off and on by itself. Scheduled appointment is more than a month away. Chat responded after almost 5 hours to try out few things like switching off and powering it on, then trying a different socket. I even shared a video of the problem on the chat. Just can't get any support to resolve the issue
29/12 the issue is resolved now after a firmware update. My feed back here is that the online chat resource capacity needs to be beefed up. There is no point in Rotimatic saying 24/7 chat support is available and then the chat team responds after 5 to 6 hours, after multiple follow ups. The worse thing is they tried sending some standard help material which i felt was unrelated to the problem even after sharing the video of the exact problem that was quite frustrating.

Rotimatic Next is very poor
We purchased the Rotimatic Next in November 2025 and received the delivery more than a month later. From the very first day of use, the machine has consistently malfunctioned, and not once has it operated without issues. A significant amount of dough has been wasted as a result.
When we contacted customer support, we were advised to use the “Classic” setting for multigrain flour—an unexpected suggestion, given that the dedicated multigrain option was not functioning properly.
This experience has been highly disappointing, and based on our usage so far, I cannot recommend the Rotimatic Next.

Misplaced Order and Horrible Support
I placed order #75410 for roughly $1,800 on Nov 12th. I verified my address was correct, but Rotimatic shipped it to the wrong location.
It has been over a month and it is a nightmare trying to get a resolution. Every time I follow up, I get standard AI/bot responses that mean nothing. I am currently out $1,800 with no product and no human support with actual status or any ETA.
If this is the level of service before I even receive the device, I cannot imagine how bad the warranty support will be. Now, I am loosing trust in the company and will be filing the dispute with credit card soon if this is not resolved soon.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. My order was delayed by 6 months. I opted for an upgrade and then received the old unit. The email response is terrible with unclear and delayed communication regarding cancellation requests, return requests or order updates.

Agent told me was canceled.
Reverting my first one, not happy, stated a refund. I'm the nearing received the second unit, which I tried to stop.
Eversince no one is responding or sending me return instructions.
Literally I have e mailed over fifteen times no response.
Worst I set up a meeting at 11:30 at night the only spot available.
I am the only one on the call for over 31 minutes, still waiting so I could return their crap machine.
Energy Irene Roti gets stuck, and and it restarts warms up approx 15 minutes cycle.
Please eat frozen or precookef from Grocery Store you will be happy.
Please keep your money to yourself.
Do not give it to Zimplatic / Rotimatic looks like are struggling financially that's went have no intentions of doing the 30 Days money back.

My experience with Rotimatic has been absolutely appalling and deeply unprofessional from start to finish.
After placing an order, I waited over two months with no tracking, no updates, and no accountability. When I finally cancelled my order in November, Rotimatic acknowledged the cancellation — yet failed to refund my money for weeks. Instead, I was forced to repeatedly chase them through emails, only to receive empty apologies, missed calls, and constant delays.
The most unacceptable part? They shipped the product AFTER my order was cancelled, without my consent. This is not a mistake — it shows complete disregard for basic consumer rights. Shipping an item after cancellation does NOT mean acceptance, yet I was still pressured to accept revised offers, extended warranties, and “risk-free trials” instead of receiving the refund I was legally entitled to.
Their strategy seems clear: delay, deflect, and wear the customer down. They were lightning-fast to take payment, but incredibly slow and evasive when it came to returning it.
For a product that costs thousands of dollars, the level of service is shockingly bad. This experience caused unnecessary stress and wasted a significant amount of my time.
If you value transparency, ethical business practices, or your peace of mind — stay away. There are far better companies that actually respect their customers.
Strongly not recommended.

Refund request pending
I purchased a remanufactured unit and later upgraded at their recommendation. Despite waiting four additional months, I was sent the remanufactured unit instead of the upgraded one. This reflects a major breakdown in their support process. I am requesting a refund and return, but instead I keep receiving emails asking me to review the product. I always CC the brandteam - at - zimplistic.com, so it's not helpful there.

Unacceptable behaviour
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Rotimatic. To begin with, my delivery was delayed by over a month, with no clear communication or accountability.
On top of that, the shipping address on my box was incorrect due to Rotimatic’s error—they put Hallett Cove which was not the suburb per order. Even after I pointed this out and shared proof, I was told the product would be shipped to the same address, which was still wrong.
Trying to contact customer support is nearly impossible—responses are slow, unclear, and unhelpful. For a product at this price point, this level of negligence is shocking.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing until Rotimatic significantly improves their delivery and support processes.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order three months ago and faced consistent delays and a lack of communication. For over two months, my emails went unanswered, and when I finally received a response, I was told I couldn't cancel the order. After two and a half months, the product was shipped to the wrong address in Western Australia instead of my correct address in New South Wales. On top of that, I was charged a much higher price than what is currently available due to recent sales, and no compensation was offered.
