We have used R1 print for many years, Ophelia was very helpful this morning with sending over some templates :)

I've been using Route 1 Print for many, many years now. They're well priced allowing me to give clients great deals on quality print. The quality is superb and on the off-chance it isn't for whatever reason they have always fixed it. Their delivery is usually very quick and clients loooove it. The amount of products and finishes they offer covers 90% of the print I need.

The customer service and artworking teams are great, very patient, friendly, answer queries with good explantations and go out of their way to to solve any issues that may crop up and this graphic designer right herrreee (me) genuinely really appreciates it.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while so, special shout outs to Chloe (studio manager), Bex (artworker), Lisa (artworker), Hannah (artworker), Steph (artworker), Jodie (artworker), Callum (artworker), Elina (account exec) and the rest of your teams!

I have been sending orders to Route1 for years and I have never had a problem with them, they are always there at the other end of the phone should I need to speak to anyone. Well done Route1

Late, not full delivery and terrible quality.

Customer service is as bad, with little to no help and another load of excuses from multiple people, who don't know print and care even less.

I had an issue with both some business cards and Christmas cards on my recent order, and Ashley handled it brilliantly. They took the time to review the files with me, explained what had gone wrong, and arranged a reprint quickly without any fuss. Communication was clear and reassuring throughout, which made the whole process stress-free.

Crazy Decision!
Use Route1 regularly for many many things, they print a quarterly magazine for us and have done for years, Qty always approx 1300 perfect bound, just tried to order again and told that as they are busy this time of year they cannot accept our order for this quantity!!! They have now lost this business for every quarter for this Magazine and I will be looking elsewhere for everything else as well!

Had the need to contact Route1 with an issue which was dealt with immediately by Ashley Doughty who was very thorough and polite as the rest of the team at Route1 always are.

They used to be very good and reliable, but nearly every job is late or quality is awful and jobs rejected.
This is embarrassing as a reseller and I need reliable printers to work with. I understand there can be issues and delays with print, but this is nearly every order I have am having a problem with recently.
I wouldn't currently recommend them and getting fobbed off with excuses is a joke.

I would get new management in to sort this place out and get back to the standard they used to offer.

Elina has been absolutely amazing in helping us with hour project. She couldn't have done more.
