Best print supplier
I've been using Route1print for years. Customer service is fantastic and they are my main supplier as a reseller. Sure not every job is perfect, mistakes happen, but 95% are and those that are not they put right fast.

Treated me like an idiot on the phone
I changed my review from a 1 star to 5 stars because you really know what a companies values are when something goes wrong. A few week ago i had a problem with an order and i flagged that they had a problem with their re-ordering tool where some elements were missing and because of that i ordered the wrong specification. Upon my complaint they checked their systems and admitted that there was an issue and fixed it. Route1Print do listen to their customers and i will stick them for ever even if their prices go up. (By the way, great value for money and very easy platform to order from)

Issue Resolved Quickly
Had an issue with an order that had been battered by DPD and on arrival the prints were damaged - not sure how DPD managed it to be honest.
Spoke with George on email and got it resolved within an hour of emailing in.
Service always top notch from the whole team.

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service.
If you’re lucky, they’ll get the job right. But if it goes wrong - and there’s a good chance it will - they will shrug their shoulders, duck responsibility and leave you to sort it out.
Promises are broken, timescales are not stuck to and emails/conversations are ignored.
To be fair, they used to be quite good. Clearly things have changed in recent times. It’s a shame. But I can’t rely on them anymore - it’s happened too many times (3 orders in with them this week - all delayed. 1 wasn’t time-critical, 1 got there by the skin of its teeth, 1 has failed despite several opportunities to get it back on track).

Rare to find a firm with such good artwork support
Even after 20 years in the field, I still need a hand sometimes with artwork and the artwork team at R1P are exceptional. Thanks on this occasion specifically for Lisa and Jodie who both went out of their way to tell me exactly where the issues were in a 40 page booklet which saved me ages in trying to hunt them down myself. They even fixed the ones they could, which saved me even more time and grey hairs. Thanks very much both of you!

Worst printers ever
Worst printers ever! I used route 1 as they were cheap, however the work is awful, quantities are always short, last job had 2 of the 2 page sections in it? You place a £500 job its 4 days late and you get offered a £10 credit note. Shoddy work which isnt checked by anyone! To top it off they close my account, lock me out when i still had work placed with them! Simply awful
