Wonderful

I use all of the products and do see my hair getting much healthier and thicker than before i started using, they gave me a sample of the shampoo & conditioner with my supplements and i definitely see a difference, I will continue to use these products all 4

Don't fall for the hype and all those reviews are just hype!!

I read the reviews -- so many positive reviews -- and then bought the shampoo and conditioner. Big waste of money. I ended up throwing the products away after greasy hair experience. Did absolutely nothing for thinning hair. I don't know who these folks are who reviewed the products, but they are not being honest. Really irks me because I count on reviews.

SIMPLE -DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS
I bought shampoo and conditioner on their Instagram page, long delivery and after first use my scalp erupted.
Looking at the long list of ingredients (some stated have ‘risk of irritation’)and asking to return their products with free shipping as per their guarantee for first order they refused as claimed no International returns as per FAQ not Terms. Just more lies.
After many emails, expecting me to return at my cost!
I rejected their responses so I referred them to Pay Pal resolution. More emails - Consequently PayPal Refunded my payment. Buyers Beware of buying Instagram products from USA.

Product is really poor

Product is really poor. Takes weeks to arrive and then makes your hair like straw. Really expensive and really not worth it.

This is using all products in response to answer all really poor complete waste of money.

Bad service & how I wished I read the reviews before buying! I believe this company lies. Tara was able to respond to an email immediately when I cancelled a subscription but not to an email sent earlier requesting cancellation of an order sent only about 2 hours after submitting the order. Monies had not been taken at that point so I presume the order had not been processed. Tara waited until the next day to say it was too late. Disgusted!

Unfortunately I have had to stop using…

Unfortunately I have had to stop using this. It made me loose hair!!! When I first used it it made my hair really shiny but it wasn’t good for coloured hair. And since the last 3 months I’ve noticed my hair thinning so much and I can only put it down to this as my hair normally grows quick but it is thin.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, sent email saying was shipping another bottle of hair supplements. Told them to cancel, not to ship had not authorized. Customer service rep. Stated already shipped, no refund and could do nothing about it. Claimed I had subscribed, had not.

Not for me

After the reviews I read I thought I would give the shampoo & conditioner a try for my fine hair. Im so sorry but this product is not for me. After using the shampoo my hair felt terrible, it was so luggy, I followed with the conditioner, it did improve a little, but not alot. I followed the guidlines for usage too. I tried to persevere with it for a few more washes thinking it would improve, however, it did not. I disposed of both products. For me one of the worst shampoos used. Sorry but obviously not for everyone.

Do not purchase routine shampoo

Hi purchased routine shampoo and conditioner I’ve been using it for about 2weeks now and it makes my hair so greasy with no shine, it’s not as full and thick as it was, and my hair looks thinner.
I’m definitely going back to nioxin shampoo absolutely brilliant

False promises on website

Routine promises on their website that their products work, in fact they use the word guaranteed! Well their shampoo and conditioner left my hair flat, lank and greasy. However, I preserved with the products for 5 weeks, following the advice on the website. I eventually gave up as my hair got worse. I contacted Routine to relay my experience and ask for a refund. The response I got back was blunt and not helpful and I was told no refund!
The information on the website is contradictory. You can only get a refund within 30 days, yet they advise their customers to use the products for several months to obtain the best results. By which time it is of course too late to get a refund. The company is only interested in customers who give good reviews...they have no time for anyone else.

They (Routine)
1) substituted a different product to that which I had subscribed to without my explicit agreement
2) sent email (14th) which I only managed to open today (16th) saying had 2 days to change it - but they took payment today.
3) I contacted them saying didn’t want this different scent and wanted refund - they then said it was too late because they had shipped it … on 15th … why would they do that when I had till 16th to cancel or change it?
4) have raised this for resolution as am very upset with them.

For those saying I get a discount on subscription- yes agreed but I didn’t subscribe to their substitution. If they had said fine but we need to charge the one off price for original order and refunded the difference, I would have accepted that but I got an email basically saying “tough”!
Have cancelled my subscription altogether as a result of these interactions.

As for the product I subscribed to- Lavender and Gardenia shampoo and conditioner- yes it is nice however the free travel size I also received in that first package of Rosehip was unpleasant so I binned that straight away. Didn’t follow that up as everyone is different but then see the substitution made by them is the Rosehip which I wouldn’t buy in a million years !

They didn’t bother to work this out with me just said we have substituted- you can’t have a refund, won’t accept returns and already shipped it ! (But dates don’t add up)

Unhappy in the extreme!

Poor customer service DO NOT do…

EDIT I have a response still not addressing my issue so proves not read my grievance so I’m bold to help I DID NOT RECEIVE THE REMINDER it may be your thing you do but it FAILED I did NOT receive the email and considering the amount of bills etc how are we meant to remember that

Poor customer service DO NOT do automatic payments. You do not get a reminder email I just got my PayPal email to tell me the payment had been taken.

I emailed customer services to query the fact I did not receive a reminder email and a rude woman called Tara almost called me a liar and said they had sent the email.
I have kept all emails so have proof of our conversations.
They hadn’t sent it and the so called proof they sent just said “send email 2 days prior to next order” or something like that. No proof of email address that was sent from or to.
The company had No belief that I didn’t receive said email as I wanted to change some details. no apology and no refund.
Was told it is too late to refund and cancel order as outside of the USA.
Tara said terms and conditions clearly state no refunds. That woman needs lessons in customer service she put me off ever wanting anymore products from this company.
To be honest the shampoo and conditioner not that great it started ok but left a sort of film on my hair that was hard to remove, the fragrance is weak but the conditioner isn’t too bad as long as you thoroughly rinse it xx

Hey Karen, all customers are sent an email 2 days in advance of their subscription renewing. We are incredibly transparent about subscriptions. Here is how:

1. You must OPT IN to a subscription. We do not automatically subscribe you. You can choose to subscribe, but that is an active choice and not something we do for you.

2. We remind you that you are subscribing before you checkout.

3. We tell you the frequency you will receive shipments on your confirmation email.

4. We send out a reminder automatically to all customers two days in advance of your subscription. The email comes from support@routinecos.com and is sent to the email address associated with your subscription. This isn't something done by a person but rather, our system does this. We record the exact time the email goes out too, just to make sure there are no disputes.

5. If you don't want a package, you can either email us to cancel or just log into your account to cancel. There is no phone number to call. There is no wait time, You just log in and click "EDIT SUBSCRIPTION" and then "CANCEL". It takes less than 30 seconds.

Frankly, we're not sure what else we can do to make subscriptions more clear and easy!

Make sure you have an iron profile…

Make sure you have an iron profile blood test run. Iron is very dangerous if you ingest too much. After taking the supplements for a couple of months my iron is dangerously high for the first time in my life. This can cause liver failure, liver and pancreatic cancer and heart failure.

I am a vegetarian, do not eat red meat, shell fish, dairy products or gluten, and do not drink alcohol. Women over 65 should not have more than 8mg of iron per day in our diet.

This product suits my fine fly away hair

I have been using the Routine Serum, (which you massage into your scalp before washing) Shampoo and Conditioner for about a month and my hair feels clean, my hair loss appears to have reduced to almost no hair loss and it smells absolutely gorgeous!

I will be buying more when needed. 😊

I'm really disappointed in this product

I'm really disappointed in this product, I started using the shampoo and conditioner in early October, the conditioner is amazing and leaves your hair very soft but I had so much more hair falling out that after 2 months I had to stop using it for fear of baldness!!!

So I bought this shampoo and conditioner because it was the top 5 shampoo and iv alway used nioxin the reviews on there sight was really good but these reviews don't seen that good.
