Routine Wellness

I bought Routine shampoo and conditioner in good faith after doing my research and reading positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. After using the products as directed, my hair became thinner than ever. I contacted the company and was told I needed to use the product for at least a month to see results.

I followed their instructions and waited the full month, but saw no improvement. When I reached out again, I was told I wasn't eligible for a refund because I was now past the 30-day window. It feels like a complete scam — no results, no accountability, and no customer support. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone.

It is advertised that shipment is within 24 hours.
It has almost been a month and I have not yet received my order.😕😕😕

My order came two hours after I wrote the above review. The condition of the parcel in which I received it is in every way unacceptable. Unfortunately there is not a way to share the photos.

The shampoo and conditioner left my hair extremely dry, brittle and caused more breakage than other shampoos.

This shampoo & conditioner does not work for thinning hair.
I have used it for over a month now and no results. I contacted the company for my money back but they declined saying I was over the month in using it.
It also dryer my hair out and it felt very strawrey.

This product is terrible for fine/thin hair. I started losing my hair using it! I went back to using ShapiroMD and will not buy Routine again!

Smells ok, cleanses well but have seen zero change in my hair. Will not waste money on buying again.

My hair falls just the same even after 3 months of constantly using Routine wellness. No any progress so far.

I’ve been using Routine Wellness shampoo and conditioner since October.
I’ve left it this long to put a review up. Simply because I wanted to give it a really good go.
I’ve spent so much time and money trying different shampoos and conditioners.
Always disappointed with the results.
Some were ok for a bit but ended in lank or frizzy hair etc…
I then found Routine Wellness last year and haven’t bought another brand shampoo or conditioner since!
I usually get bored or dispondant with the results.
I’m 48 so it’s likely I’m going through at least peri menopause. I noticed a lot more shedding of my hair before I started using this fabulous product!!
I’ve just had a new delivery of the coconut and vanilla (I think) it’s absolutely gorgeous!! Definitely my favourite smell so far.

Really great shampoo and conditioner. Lovely ingredients and make it feel thicker.

I cannot begin to express how this product has helped not only condition but thicken my hair and Boost my confidence. The company ship promptly and even though I'm in the UK delivery is good. Love this product ❤️

I decided to try this shampoo as I was losing so much hair down the plug hole every time I washed it. The shedding has reduced and my hair feels and looks thicker . Was totally open minded before using it but have been amazed by the results .

Items never delivered despite tracking saying it was. Not picked up on my camera and I was here all day? What’s going here

I disagree strongly that you tried to deliver to my home address as previously stated I have a camera which monitors all comings and goings. Besides which I’m here all day!
Please confirm which house you delivered the parcel to. I’m disabled and going looking for it is difficult for me. I have in the interim asked my bank to step in and recover the funds because the parcel wasn’t delivered on the day or time suggested on your tracking!

I have been suffering hair loss since the menopause and so I have gradually been working my way through hair care products that might help. Routine Wellness came top of a list of best shampoos in a google search so I thought I'd give it a go. I'm in the UK so was a bit concerned when I realised that the company is based in the U.S. but there was absolutely nothing to worry about. I ordered over the Easter weekend and wasn't expecting the delivery to be fast but it arrived within two weeks! The communication from Routine was also excellent & very much appreciated.
I'm not sure yet if the product is helping my hair loss but what I can say is that it is very lush, smells gorgeous and it leaves my hair squeaky clean. I will definitely be ordering again & hopefully with consistent use of these products my hair may stop falling out.

I bought a set of shampoo and conditioner and used products 5 times. I like them but want to know why I am still shedding a lot of hair in the shower, and when I will start to see results. Thank you.

This is the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used! I have an unopened package of the Rose Hips free for anyone that wants to pay shipping. It is unopened and they refuse to return it. Let me know if you want your hair to thin and break worse than it already was. I will ship it to you on your postage.

After consistently using the shampoo and conditioner, it disappointedly did not do what it promised. I am not impressed at all. My hair is very dry and knotty after use, almost to the point of feeling brittle, even after using the conditioner. Side note: the bottles look really cheap- thick white plastic, fragrance is non existent, the shampoo has a weird gloopy texture, not pleasant to use at all.

Service was excellent with fast delivery and very helpful support.

I used the products twice in one week and found that they didn't affect my amount of hair fall, but did really soothe my irritated scalp.

My only real negative was that the products really didn't smell right - I think this was due to the how far they travelled to get to me.

Also, I prefer a shampoo that lathers well. That's a psychological thing for me.

The Routine team were helpful and fast throughout the whole experience.

The shampoo and conditioner is ok but they are sending me out more shampoo and conditioner and I never signed up for this . I only want to try and they have taken another payment out of my account, who gives you the right to do that.

I have been using this product now for a few months and I can definitely see a difference in my hair, less shedding, more shine and thicker but what I’ve also noticed is that my scalp on some areas mainly the hairline on the sides has become red and itchy almost after two days of washing, Has anyone else noticed this sensitivity with their scalp or is this just me? Would be interested to see if it isn’t just me, maybe I’m allergic? I’m using the rose scented shampoo and conditioner

Ordered over two weeks ago and still no delivery. No response to emails. Very disappointed. I would very much like my money refunded. As they replied on Facebook that they send me an email. The only email I received was an automatic response stating someone will contact me soon.Tbey also put a tracking link on Facebook that anyone can click on and see my address. Not very private or professional. The so called tracking shows that item still has not been shipped. Terrible service and a customer service that cannot take responsibility for their businesses bad service.
