Product excellent, easy to put in place, just the job. Only critism I have is the courier (Evri) I sent you a photo of the very damaged box and commented on slow delivery once it had left you.

Very happy with my purchase. Had a slight issue with the delivery but this was sorted straight away and I was kept up to date with what was going on. I said what the wood was being used for and it was picked out specifically to meet what I needed. Would definitely order again

Rio Chimenea 125cm x 50cm- Contemporary Black Chimenea. I purchased this item and can easily recommend that its quality and ease of build as being of a high standard and simplicity to construct. My main review point is that I enjoyed a good and constructive communication with the seller in resolving a slight complication during ordering procedures.
