Do not shop here if you don’t wanna loose your money.

I don’t understand how this brand can work like this. I’ve boght swimsuit form roxycz.com paid for my goods and waited for month. Nothing happened. Than i’ve started complining to the “customer service” and they’re trying to deal with me about the refund. It started on 40% now its on 65% 😂😂 its crazy. I’m moving it to my insurance company. It was the last thing i’ve bought from this brand for sure. Never ever again.

TAKE CARE .. FAKE ROXY WEBSITE IN UAE.
I made an order from roxy website titled (roxyuae) and requested a delivery to Dubai. It turned out that this website is fake , they hacked roxy website stole my credit card information, and sent me a fake hat instead.
I contacted roxy USA and they offered no help.I lost my money and get a fake order.

fully charged Roxy order and i recieved a fake gucchi cap!!!!!

i ordered two rashguards on 15/06/2023 and after two weeks been waiting i recieved fake Gucci cap!!!

i ordered from roxy-uae ( which seems to be 100% genuine roxy or how could i know that this is spam) and they sent me a payment confirmation and tracking number , then after 16 days they sent me a cap and steal my money!!!

careful!! Don't deal with them!!

I am NOT able to return my items (which is illegal).No return labels, no return address attached to parcel. Not able to create a return label on roxy website. Customer service sent me a link that doesn't work.
I will never buy anything from roxy again!
I am going to contact CCPC

Not even worth a 1 start

Not even worth a 1 start. Shocking customer service!!! I placed an order received the order confirmation via email and waited about 10 days but nothing turned up. I called customer service and they said they can see I have paid for an order as I have a customer account with them, but no order received at their end so they issued me a refund. On the following day I received an email saying they didn't hear back from me on time and their team had to cancel my order. Useless company !!!!

They do not respect shipping policy

They do not respect shipping policy. My order was place on May 29. They provide you with a tracking number without an estimated delivery date. Terrible customer service.

Very poor customer service

Placed an order, paid in full, parcel lost in transit.. 6 weeks on, after sending many unanswered emails, I finally receive confirmation that the parcel had been lost and that a refund will be processed. Very poor after sales customer service. I really like their swimwear but will be sure to order via other platforms in future that charge once the package is delivered, not before!

Awfull!!Do not use!

Awfull. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes in April, they took the money but the parcel is 'lost'. They are not answering my requests through an online form and they have no phone number. Absolutely scandalous, do not use. I guess I won't see my money again :(

Update: I finally got my cash back but will not be using them again

I returned 2 swimsuits got only refunded for 1, looks like the other item was lost or trashed?? No explanation…
First time I experience something like this.
What company doesn’t refund your return?? Never buying there again.

Made to feel like a liar!!!

I bought 2 products as a birthday gift. I believe I only got part of one item - it showed shorts and a top and did not say 'shorts only'. I have a photo. I reached out to them, they did not get back to me. I rang and they said I was wrong and now I look and it says 'shorts'. I would never pay $40 for a pair of shorts! It was a sale item - I'd hate to think what it's full price is. I asked for manager to call - nothing! Sent 2 messages for contact - along with photo proof - nothing!!! They do not value their customers!!!

Bad customer service

Wow! Wish I read these reviews before hand!
I ordered two pairs of shorts and they haven’t even been shipped!! Soooooo did I just give out money to some fake Roxy website? Because I didn’t receive any confirmation! I emailed and some random dude that doesn’t even work for the company just copied and pasted that it takes 2-3 days till they ship an item…. Well it’s been longer then 2-3 days!!! What are you doing in all this time? Playing on your cell phones not doing your job??? I would fire you all for slacking!! People go away on vacation and are looking for summer clothes this time of year. Straighten out your company because I promise you it will go under with reading how many bad reviews you have been getting so far. Billabong is better folks!!

They have the worst customer service

They have the worst customer service. A few years ago, I signed up to their newsletter for the 30% new customer discount, NEVER received the discount so I reached out to them and they said they couldnt do anything. Today, I decided to give them another chance and placed a new order, unfortunately, I had the wrong shipping address but as soon as I placed it I tried to find a way to change it but they don't give you an option (WHAT?!) even though the order had just been placed. I reached out to support and just like the first time, all I get is a "we can't", and they don't even want to give me the option to cancel even though I explained I will not be receving my order once it ships since it's going somewhere else. In addition to that, their responses are not even friendly or nice. They basically tell you "we are not doing anything to help you and you need to settle with that". HORRIBLE. Lesson learned.

I received a faulty item and it's now 2…

I received a faulty item and it's now 2 weeks since I completed their online Customer Services form and haven't heard anything. The item was £20 so I don't think I can go through my bank to claim.

We need to hit Trading Standards with this as they won't investigate unless they get a few complaints.

It took one month to get my refund.

The products are fine, but i am not going to by anything else, due to the delays.

Company needs investigating

I think this company needs to be investigated. All these other reviews are accurate. I had an issue with a return which they did not refund, they stopped replying to my emails and I had to go through my bank in the end. I have asked for all my data to be removed but they keep sending me emails still and in French. Terrible customer service, honestly shop elsewhere.

No no no! Caution!

I received my order with some delay (which seems to be very lucky!), but now I want to return part of the order.
Since I didn't receive a return label despite being a member of the Roxy Girl Club, I wanted to take care of the return myself with the supplied "label". Unfortunately, this is not recognized by the post office and a return in the plastic bag costs €35. Now I have reservations about putting the goods in a box and sending them at my own expense. Possibly then money and clothes are gone, which I read here.
Unfortunately, I have not received an answer from 3 weeks, neither by mail, nor by direct message or via the contact form.
Roxy why don't you answer the customers? It's really a shame that such customer service still exists, because I really like wearing your clothes. Unfortunately, I can only advise against ordering here. Caution!!

POOR customer Service

Ordered. Charged. No delivery. No pho number to call only a customer form of their website. So to respond. When they do they say it's being looked into then nothing more. Submit another form & another. Then they say dont submit too many forms as it clogs the systems, but they dont follow up on their responses. An absolute disgrace. DO NOT USE ROXY
