The worst costumer service
They don't send you your purchase and they don't answer when you ask where your item is. Right now I have neither product nor money
Roxy lost a client
I made an order on July 5, 13 days after I still don't receive my order or the information about the shipping. I already reached out to your customer service and was told that one of the items is missing and I will not receive it. Really? Did it take more than a week to prepare the order?
I tried more than one to communicate but didn't receive solutions to my emails. Instead, I was told about the "dynamic" of Roxy and the lack of communication between the e-commerce and warehouse. This looks like a justification for the customers' problems, but honestly, I don't care about the company's gaps. Instead of communicating with the clients about those things, work on fixing them and providing a better service. I lack entirely accountability from their side and no responsibility for the client's experience and needs.
I ordered from Roxy precisely because I needed the item they didn't ship. The rest were not the core of the order.
No refund, Banned from website?
I emailed to request a refund for my order and the c.s. seems nice, telling me to be assured that they're handling it and refunds will be in my account within 3 days.
I received no refunds within 3 days so I requested a receipt, which another c.s. screenshot their system showing that it is being processed and it takes up to 10 business days. Fair enough. So I waited and when I didn't get it, I went to PayPal to request for refund. A day later I tried logging in it says 'You are not allowed to login to this site'. I don't even know what to say. How could this happen at ROXY?
ROXY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INCOMPETENT & RETURN POLICY A SCAM
I placed my first AND LAST order at Roxy.com. The first items I received were absolutely nothing I'd ordered. Called c.s., was emailed that much talked about return label & was told I had to reorder my items. In the end however I ended up with two sets of the three items I ordered. I kept one & returned the other again using "that return label". After waiting 3 1/2 weeks I got an email saying I would be refunded my initial cost minus return label fee, yet my credit card was refunded $6.95 LESS than I was told. Apparently I get to pay for being honest & returning that order I was sent in error. EDGAR TAPIA at Roxy told me that was Roxy's return label policy & could not be modified. For a customer to be charged for incompetence at Roxy is beyond sketchy! I was given a 30% discount code so I could throw away more money at ROXY! WILL NOT HAPPEN & I will leave this review on every site I can find!
A First and Last
I placed my first direct order through their site vs buying through Macy's, Tillys, etc. I received a shirt that looked nothing like the one I'd ordered and received a return label.. The pants I'd received were an XL vs a XS and the customer service experience was unlike any (I was told I'd already been helped though I hadn't been). After essentially begging for a reply and waiting a few days for one, I called their CS number. I was told again I'd already been helped?! I explained again that I hadn't been and tried to just have the pants exchanged to be told no. I tried reaching corporate to no end. It's a shame, I love the brand but no longer if this is how their customers are treated. I am now returning all items and tracking the return as I've no confidence with them now.

Illegal Refund Practices
They don't refund shipping costs unless you complain. When you complain, they refund them no questions asked because they know they are required to by law in the EU. Total scam.

Ordered snow boots 2nd November 2021. As at 14th December still not received them. And no way of tracking them once the got into the UK. I now see they are a scam company, pleased I didn't spend a lot. But don't understand how they are still allowed to advertise

I'm very disappointed about Roxy and it's not only the bad service provided over a month later!
I have to say that the Free return advertisement is such a lie and I already knew that something was wrong as soon as I started the process which I had to pay for the postage to be able to send it back.
Anyway, I'm frustrated but I had my lesson learned I'm not buying from this online shop anymore and finally I wouldn't recommend Roxy to anyone who may have the free return in mind once it's not free.

I have made my first online purchase at Roxy online. Seriously, I never write reviews but this business is a nightmare to deal with. After the initial confirmation of my order I heard nothing at all. A few weeks later (gave them this time...Covid and all that) the order status was still "processing". So I sent a polite email hoping to get my order dispatched. No response from their customer service. I checked my order status on their website it said "failed". I checked my bank statement and they had received payment for my order, so that's not the problem. I rang the customer service number and after 50 minutes I was told that they had gone home for the day so my call would not be answered. So, I sent an email but my message was not able to be delivered. I've sent another email via their website....watch this space. Will they respond? Don't know? Errrrrrr. Sorry for the negativity guys. :(
Nice products but abysmal customer service, still waiting for refund
Up to now, I ordered quite frequently from Roxy. But my last experience with this company was so disappointing that I have decided to stop purchasing anything from them until they have given me the refund that I was promised. Due to an issue they had with labeling and order picking, I received the wrong item. I contacted them and was told to return the item, after which I would get a refund. I have returned the item according to instructions but am still waiting for my money. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service, there is no phone number and they do not answer my e-mails. Avoid ordering anything from Roxy if you think that you may need to return it! You will wait forever for your refund. In my case this is even more annoying because it was Roxy's fault that I had to return the item.

Impossible refund
Roxy claims to offer free refunds for members of Roxy Girl Club. Therefore I became a membrer of this club and I recieve segerskytt emails daily because of this. I made an order with 5 bikini parts and decided to keep 2 and return the rest. However the order was not registered on my account, hence I could not make a return label. I emailed costumer service and it took several weeks to receive an answer with a return label. I sent it straight away But have yet not recieved confirmation or money back. I have emailed costumer service again but recieved no answer. I made the order in the beginning of june. I sent the products back in the besinning of july. I am waiting for a 1247 SEK refund.

Very annoying spam
I signed up to a competition once, and now I'm getting promotion emails every single day which are filling up my spam inbox. I tried unsubscribing several times but they just keep coming, very annoying as I check my spam box every now and then to make sure nothing's there that's not supposed to be and all I see is 50 billion Roxy emails.

I’m not even guna waste my time & energy on them explaining the whole saga, but I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a wetsuit for my wife for xmas when it came it was the wrong size returned it for a refund (only option) at my own cost. Now two and half months later I'm still waiting for my refund, all responses I get are automated. Avoid this company like the plague.

Roxy - Discount on 2nd Product Not Always Real
Roxy has on there site that if you join their Roxy Girl Club you will receive 20% off your second purchase. You then may receive an email showing 30% as I did. Beware this is not an accurate statement for all their products. I did their online chat and their customer service said it does not include many of the items on their website. This happened to me and they were not apologetic about it. It is a little bait and switch tactic but you can always unsubscribe from their "Club" after. Good products but they should probably not have the promotion and they should spell out it does not include their most popular products.
