It is always a pleasure to receive my gift to myself!

I ordered bowls as a housewarming present. They arrived in country NSW safe and sound, on the day the tracking service said they would. The website is one of the easiest to browse through and order from. And naturally the porcelain always gives delight.

My daughter opened her Royal Copenhagen plates via Skype, live, as a birthday present. I could see they were beautifully wrapped. They had arrived with perfect timing for the occasion. She was very pleased. Bravo, job well done!

Reasonable price and shipping fee. Nice packing. Would definitely buy more in future, even my friends are buying from Royal Copenhagen now.

It was one of the worst customer experience I've ever had while shopping online (worst one would probably had to go under criminal paragraph).

I've placed and order. Got a mail it is under processing and in a week time it will be send out.

2 weeks later - no package, no information. I'm following up with customer service: there is a small issue with my order it will take addition month to proceed with it? I said yes.

1 month and 1 week later - no package, no information from Royal CPH. I'm following up with Royal CPH, no answer.

1 week later - no package, no information, no reply. I'm writing an angry mail to Royal CPH - apparently the amount reserved on my account was released by the bank (banks do that automatically after some time when the money is not transfered anywhere). If I want my order I have to pay again. I said: thank you, but no thank you, not after more than 2 months of waiting and being forced to beg for any kind of update.

I additionally asked for removing me from their customer database, which a company is legally obliged to do if customer requests for it. Apparently no one bothered to do that - I'm still receiving newsletters.

Royal by song and royal by name. Copenhagen is the King.

I was promised two weeks delivery and got my things without any problems. My order was nicely and safely packed in a large box.

I collect RC Christmas plates every year since 1996 connected to my second daughter birth. It's a Christmas tradition for our family. This year i found it very difficult to buy my plate in Italy so on the 24th of december i decided to buy it on the web. My plate was delivered on the 8 of january and my daughter got her 2013 plate.
Thank you very much RC. I very appreciated the care to prevent damage to the product ordered.

I truly love Royal Copenhagen and have made several purchases both offline at their flagship shop in Copenhagen and online at their webshop over time. But I have to admit that I was very unsatisfied with my last online purchase. I bought, among other things, 3 Riflet Contrast mugs as gifts. When I received the order confirmation via email I realized that one of the mugs were not marked as gifts (to be wrapped) even though I had set to be. I emailed immediately their customer service, who replied back that it would be practically impossible to find my order and get the 3rd mug wrapped. Even though disappointed, I could understand the logistics of that. The order mentioned that my purchase would arrive in a week, which didn't happen. After app.1-2 weeks passed, I wrote again their customer service, who informed me that my order would be delayed for more 1-2 weeks because of some quality issues. I expected that a shop like Royal Copenhagen would pro-actively inform their customers of circumstances like this, offering either to cancel the order with a refund or some kind of compensation. Only after I voiced my dissatisfaction was that their customer service offered me to cancel my order, and of course, I miss the birthday date to give the gift. Once I finally got my purchase, the wrapped mugs were the different ones than stated in my order confirmation. And not only that, they did not write anywhere which color was which wrapped mug, so basically I had to unwrap it to find out... Amazing!

For many years now we have experienced delightful assistance and kind and professional service at Royal Copernhagen.

I love my carefully selected pieces from Royal Copenhagen and will be treasures to be shared with and by future generations.

When I placed my order, I was very excited to own Royal Copenhagen items, and to receive the delivery of it after a long delay since placing the order.

When I finally opened the package, I was most disappointed to learn that all items were made in Thailand. When I placed the order there was no mention of the items would be made in Thailand. The quality of items is not to high standard I expect fro Royal Copenhagen. I see tiny bubbles in plates and the item is chunky without delicacy of quality but I couldn't be bothered to complain to customer service or return them as my husband has been hospital and I don't have time to organise.

I would like to know where in your website you mention the items I purchase would be "Made in Thailand". If I knew the origin of Royal Copenhagen porcelain was other than Denmark, I would not have bought them. I expect Royal Copenhagen china is the product of Denmark not Thailand. I will certainly not buy any more product via online without verifying where products are made.

I found Royal Copenhagen service to be fast and efficient with the items very nicely gift wrapped.There was no problem with payment from the UK and the parcel arrived within a few days.The porcelain was of course lovely and even had a two year breakage replacement guarantee.Excellent all round.

I purchased a number of items which were delivered as promised, very quick delivery and well packaged.
One of the ole items has had a change in production, at did not quite match my existing cups. I contacted Royal Copenhagen and they informed me they had changed their production and sent me 2 more cups as a gift.

I got used mugs. Please pay more attention to the items before you send them.

Yet another order from Royal Copenhagen arrived at my doorstep, new Blue Fluted Mega butter dish and some brand new espresso cups from the Fluted Contrast range.
Everything was triple wrapped in bubble wrap as usual. They do pack everything well!
The butter dish design is awesome, I can use the lid as a little sandwich tray when buttering my toast!
