Do not expect your parcel to arrive
I ordered a book from the US to Australia. It has been in transit for 80 days and counting. No updates at all. The estimated shipping time was 21-36 days.
I can understand delays especially given the current COVID-19 disruptions. However, I have ordered other items from the US and the UK since and they have all arrived within the estimated time. To add insult to injury, RRD's customer service is completely non-existent. Over the past 6 weeks, I have tried to contact them 4 times via their online form. They have NEVER responded. I have also tried to call the US number on their website; it disconnects immediately. Seems like other reviewers here have also had the same experience.
I will definitely never order anything shipped by RRD again. I strongly advise anyone reading to do the same.

Ordered an item from Neca inthe US, they created a label, and have been waiting 7 days for RRD to turn up to collect my parcel from them.
Awful service, don't respond to emails, slow as hell.

shipped from US to NZ, over one month, still no update. same day another order couriered by fedex, only 4days, i received the parcel.
highly not recommend courier company.

Don’t work for this company if you want…
Don’t work for this company if you want to be treated with respect. Staff treated awful management is poor to the point where managers break rules such as password security, they discuss peoples personal problems or work problems with other staff members so nothing is confidential. The pay is awful just don’t work for this company they employ poor managers
