Stacy Head I spoke to Stacy about my service…

I spoke to Stacy about my service charge, she requested I put the information in an email to her which I did straight away.
Within 5 minutes I had a reply from her that resolved my problem.
I’m very grateful to Stacy for the manor in which she resolved my problem, polite, professional and clearly customer focused.
Stacy is a great asset for Red Rock.

This is in relations to Flat 2 Arc 85 London road Stanmore Middlesex. I would like to praise the work of Stacy Head who has always tried to resolve any problems I have had with my accounts. She is prompt and very cordial in dealing with any outstanding matters. We need more people with her attitude in your company.

I telephoned requesting help.

I telephoned requesting help with a billing enquiry and spoke to Stacy Head at RRPM. I was spoken to with respect and politeness. The help provided was informative and explained well. This was followed up by email providing written information in support. First class customer service made it a pleasant experience.
