Helpful and always polite.

Always happy to help, Stacey Head, credit controller, will deal with your query, no matter how large or small. She is polite and never makes you feel silly even if your question may be. Especially patient with older people.

Fast and Efficient Service…

I recently needed to speak with the accounts department concerning an accountancy query. Stacy kindly phoned me and during my conversation, I found her to be both polite and efficient. I particularly appreciated her approachability and helpful manner. We quickly agreed on a plan moving forward and I know if I have any future issues, I can approach Stacy without hesitation.

Red rock have been a very good…

Red rock have been a very good maintenance company so far since we purchased our flat in April 2024. Stacey Head in the finance department has been particularly helpful with any enquiries we have had, responding quickly and resolving any issues quickly.

Stacy Head I spoke to Stacy about my service…

I spoke to Stacy about my service charge, she requested I put the information in an email to her which I did straight away.
Within 5 minutes I had a reply from her that resolved my problem.
I’m very grateful to Stacy for the manor in which she resolved my problem, polite, professional and clearly customer focused.
Stacy is a great asset for Red Rock.
