The Best Company

Helpful and Responsive Team

We have provided Grounds Maintenance services to Red Rock for many years and find the team to be very helpful and friendly. The Purchase Ledger team respond to and resolve any queries quickly and keep us in the loop at all times. Thanks Megan for your help yesterday 😊

Unexpected Bill Handled Well

I have an apartment in London and the previous managing agents were a nightmare. Out of the blue I received an unexpected invoice from Red Rock who I was unaware had taken over the service. I was hopping mad but I was delighted to find someone who was actually interested in helping me. Beverley was lovely, understood my problem, and set the wheels in motion to resolve the issue. Service as it should be, thx Beverley

Richard Ward was great for me

Richard Ward was great for me, arranging key fobs to be delivered through the post the next day for urgent access.

Also a nice guy when meeting up with him at my block, he’s got a big job to turn it round but seemed a decent, honest, reliable guy and someone you can work with to get some results.

Red Rock admin team were great tbh

Red Rock admin team were great tbh, because they were really helpful, kind, professional and curtiuous (even though I was late with Service Charges! Thank you B.B.)

They helped me quickly to make the payment, understood the problems I was having with email, and suggested a better alternative, explained the process I needed to follow, and now those matters are all resolved. Which is a weight lifted off my bank account (aha) and shoulders!

Genuinely decent staff with a positive attitude when handling customer queries, I appreciate the curtiousy and empathy. All the best, Mike

Renting made easy

Renting made easy! I am a freelancer, so renting can be tricky at times. Charlie from Red Rock took all the hassle out of the process, responding to queries in a timely manner and supporting me through the process from start to finish. I was really impressed, especially after contacting so many estate agents - some of which were just downright rude. A refreshingly positive experience, and I'm now happy in my new home.
