My second ready to run build just been completed by Ritchie and Charlotte what a fantastic job they have made I gave them a few frustrating times but nothing was to much trouble for them they went above and beyond and added a few small extra which finished of to a very high standard

Ritchie and his daughter do excellent work. They painted a body shell, lights, and driver figure in detail, as well as apply the decals for my Tamiya Hornet. It is perfection. I couldn’t be happier. If you want the best, look no further. RSC Scale Models is the best. They can make whatever you want a reality.

I have bought twice from this company via the phone and they have been absolutely brilliant. So helpful - nothing is too much trouble. They keep you up to date with progress on orders and all arrived packed brilliantly. Would definitely ue them again.

I was trying to find someone to build a model Subaru Version 5 with specific detail and colour. I was just about to give up when I spotted RSC Scale Models. Ritchie was very quick at getting back to my enquiry and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Ritchie continuously kept me up to date with how it was coming on and was very quick considering the short time frame I had requested. The finished product looks amazing and the recipient was very pleased.

I came to Richard with an unusual request: I needed a custom made RC replica of an actual road car, a VW Golf Mark 5, Spanish reg plates and all, as a birthday present for my brother
Within less than 2 hours, he confirmed than it could be done and before the evening was over he had sourced the materials (including the body shell).
I sent a few pictures, we had a call the next morning to review the order and agree on price and timeline and from there he just worked his magic.
4 weeks after (Richard was busy with another order) my brother (who, to add to the thrill, lives abroad) received his birthday present and right away declared that to be “the best birthday present ever, by a country mile”. I guess that says it all.
Couldn’t have hoped for more. Great communication throughout, exquisite professionalism, thorough and with a keen eye for details.

My 2nd purchase from RSC Scale Models and it really couldn't have gone better. Had my buggy's shell painted by them and they did a first class job of that, lots of advice and help in getting it up and running. Stunning customer service and great prices too.

Richie is a great person to deal with nothings to much trouble I had a unexpected hospital stay in the middle of my ordering he was patient and very understanding he went above and beyond when I was able to complete the order even delivering my order to me in person at home I would have no doubt in recommending him to anyone even if you don’t see what you want on his website phone him and ask

Excellent customer service, helped very well to find everything I needed to get started on my truck build, also recommended some awesome upgrades and easier ways to build sections of the truck.

I think the postage is a bit too much and not factual.
I bought a small item and the p&p was stated as £3:50. I was then refunded £1 by RSC taking the p&p down to £2:50. When my item arrived it said on the label that the actual postage was £1:90p

My son absolutely loves his new Lunch Box.

Great service from Ritchie, nothing to much trouble and stayed in touch to make sure everything was ok.

I can highly recommend RSC Scale Models. I found them by accident when looking for an RC truck.
Richard is a real gent very helpful and happy to give advice, he put a package together for me that was ready to collect the next day.
Since picking up the kit, I have also had a call from Richard to check everything was OK and I had no issues, he has also said he would be more than happy to help with advice should I need it during the build - now that’s great customer service.

Cannot recommend RSC Models highly enough, had a Land Rover Defender built by Richard great job, paint job first class. They kept in touch with pictures and emails of the build. Sadly the model I ordered had sold out but was given option to buy something else or have refund. Bought a different model with extras as a gift.
Very helpful. Arrived in good time and well packaged.

Excellent company to deal with, ordered a Tamiya model for myself including it being pre built, was kept up to date with pictures and info all through the build, very happy with the finished article!

Also had a pair of rock crawlers for upcoming Christmas gifts, guided through what I required etc no problem, nothing is to much trouble for these guys!!

Richard is a great help, phone calls to check operation etc after delivery, blokes a gent!

I did a google search for RC trucks and came up with RSC Models. Really pleased I found this family run company online - they are very knowledgeable about all radio controlled vehicles and very helpful. Goods were despatched promptly and received well packaged. I have since spoken to them on a number of occasions and their advice has been invaluable. I can highly recommend RSC Scale Models.

I really can't fault the level of service I received from RSC Scale Models, every email is answered promptly, my order whilst not in stock, was ordered and I was kept in the loop with regards shipping without me even having to ask. It's so good I'd be more than happy to buy from again even if the price was higher elsewhere.
