Great service by Richie, a tank I was looking for was out of stock and Richie kept me informed while he attempted to track it down for me, its just arrived and I what to thank him for the great service, will definitely return for future models.

I used this website to order a Christmas gift for my husband. The staff were very helpful and communicated well throughout. When he opened his gift, my husband was impressed with a note from the owner regarding bearings and said that he'd be using the company in the future.

This is my third model from Ritchie but unfortunately I experienced a sleight problem when Binding/Pairing the electrics. After much help from Ritchie over the phone and by email could not resolve it so returned it to Ritchie and even though he was not at all well he found an intermittent fault which I could not have possibly found myself.
From the date of sending the faulty electrics to Ritchie and getting them back from him, fully working and in perfect order was just 4 days? Now how good a service do you want?

This family run business is totally reliable with a very friendly attitude and I would recommend to any new builders or experienced ones as you will not get better service than this.

Ritchie went above and beyond for me when I was looking for a new transmitter for my 5th scale rc car he didn't have the one I wanted in stock he gave me a few options I went with futaba t4pm I wanted a rechargeable battery in the transmitter and sorted that for me overall a great experience from start to finish thank you my fellow Scott

Have bought 2 models from them so far,always get the shells painted and the decals done by them,Ritchies daughter does a stunning job. Very friendly and awalys keeps you informed with progress and when its being sent. Highly recommend using them will definitely use in the future.

I found RSC Scale Models after a fair few searches when looking for my very first RC kit. He had a model that particularly interested me and had been out of production for a number of years. I emailed to enquire about the product and other parts that I would require to complete a build. A few emails later and I had ordered the product ready for shipping the following day. Ritchie was keen to help and make recommendations, can't wait to build my kit.

I was trying to source a model car for my Dad for Christmas. I emailed this company and although they didn’t actually stock the item, Ritchie sourced one on eBay over several days and came back to me with the item number. Pure kindness as no gain for him. Absolutely made my day. I can’t thank him enough.

So I've just started to make RSC Scale Models my 'go to' RC shop. For sourcing of parts, helpful friendly advice, and just a good chat, Ritchie is the man. He runs an excellent supportive business to RC novices and professionals alike. They also offer a bespoke painting and/or assembly service. Means you can buy the kit, have it assembled and painted before delivery, or just have existing kits painted! RSC have painted a Mini shell, to my spec. and also a Terra Scorcher the quality is fantastic (well done Charlotte!) and clear time is take. All in all a fabulous family run business. Well done guys!

Fantastic service from a friendly and knowledgeable guy who knows his stuff, had to give him a deadline as they were for an event, and he delivered!, a day early, 2 great rc buggies ready to race, 2 extra battery packs, 2 chargers, picked entirely on his recommendation and they fitted the bill perfectly, and was a great value deal to boot!

Hi, Ritchie at RSC has been a great help to me. I recently purchased a Tamiya Frog (for my son, allegedly!!) from my local model shop. They were super helpful when buying it but really failed to offer a decent service when I went back needing small purchases to make improvements to the car. I have been in-touch with Ritchie ever since and now buy all my spare parts and Hop-ups from him. His knowledge is great and he is always there to help me improve the car's performance regardless of how much I am spending. It really makes a big difference having this type of support.

This is definitely worthy of a 5 star review. I'd give 10 if I could. I have received nothing but 100% great customer service and a a friendly welcome. I will definitely be buying from here again in the future!

Great service from this shop. Best price I could find, excellent customer relations and Ritchie is more than happy to help however he can. I’m relatively new to the RC world but as my addiction grows to air and ground based vehicles I will be happy to use RSC Scale Models again.

Not my local shop by a long way, but I used them during lock down for some parts. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and parts arrives within 2 days. Great place and I'll use them again without a doubt
