For those customers who are keen to use ex-stock facilities, our 11 acre site warehouse based in Rochdale, Lancashire has an efficient, state of the art operating facility. Here you will also find our fantastic new showroom, where customers can work in a relaxed informal atmosphere and liaise with our on-site designers to create new, innovative ranges. Everyone at RSW work as a team, bringing you, the customer, a comprehensive service from initial product concept to merchandise in store. This company resells it's own products as retail on all the major online platforms. It's not hard to find.
Trading against your clients is wholly unacceptable for a wholesaler that's targetted for trade only. For some of us as retailers with our own websites, selling on marketplaces provides an additional - or for some - our only stream of business income. By selling your products via another business name isn't fooling anyone and you're undercutting your own clients massively and loosing business as a result and perhaps more importantly your reputation - what are you thinking?! The same clients that would be buying wholesale stock from you is buying much less as you have already undercut the competition since you get them much cheaper than what you sell the same items for trade.
Get yourself away from selling to retail and focus your efforts on establishing yourself as a respectable strictly wholesale supplier only. Eventually your client will come to learn of your practices and move elsewhere.

I wish I could buy directly from them …
I wish I could buy directly from them but there products are second to none. Excellent price and the quailty out shines the price. Given multiple new parents baby sets and all have been super happy.

Wholesale?
All of the products have RSW International and contact info in large letters printed on them. I am not able to resell these products. This is not wholesale!
The service is bad. They don't respond to emails.
Broken items are not replaced.

I've looked into this for you and believe you have spoken to a member of our team. As she has explained to you, the products you ordered are our own bespoke design so we have the right to protect this by copyrighting them with our signature stamp. With regards to responding to emails, we have looked at your correspondence with Heidi and there is no record of you ever complaining about this to her. You were also issued a credit note for broken items hence why they weren't replaced.
