Richard & Serge absolutely brilliant. Serge handed over the immaculate vehicle. Walked me through the Tesla set up system and sent me happily on my way.
Cannot fault the company. I would happily recommend this company especially if you are buying a Tesla.

I have just purchased my first Tesla from R Symons after watching many of their very interesting U tube videos.
I could not fault any part of the buying process.
Lewis went to great lengths to demonstrate the features of the car, which was superbly presented, followed by a decent test drive on all types of roads.
The car was ready for delivery within 2 days and was fully charged and looked even better than when I initially viewed it.
All of the staff were very friendly and professional.

Just purchased my first Tesla from R Symons and was hugely impressed by the buying experience. Emails were answered promptly and efficiently, and the actual purchase itself was a smooth process. I was given a very thorough run through of the specifics of the car and the whole onboarding into Tesla ownership was made very simple for me. Highly recommended.

With being in the Army, getting down through the week would be an issue as we wanted the tilt screen for the our Tesla Model 3 but Sergiu said that he occasionaly works a weekend and the next time he was in he would get in touch.

Only had to wait a couple of weeks and in came the email.

Arrived and was greeted by both Richard and Sergiu, had a bit of a chat and a brew, site states about an hour to fit the tilt screen and it took all of 30 minutes.

Brilliant service, great team.

Sold my Tesla Model Y with them on Brokerage scheme, Car was collected on time and sold within a week, got far more than if I WBAC it or traded in with a dealer, Richard and Ginz very nice and honest people, so pleased I found them, would not hesitate to recommend them enough.

They managed to find what I was looking for, gave me a very competitive quote on the car I traded in and honoured it entirely.

Picked up the car without viewing first (other than photos) and it was in incredible condition.

Jo walked me through all the setup in the car as well as some tips and tricks.

Following an upgrade to Model Y, I was looking to get rid off my now 3 year old Model 3; following atrocious valuations and very impersonal service I received from online car valuation websites, I approached R Symons and instructed them to sell my car on commission basis. They were very helpful and explained the process in great detail, I exchanged several emails with Amie and Jo, this gave me enough confidence to make the journey and leave my car in their capable hands. On arrival, I was greeted by Sergiu who walked me through the handover process. The showroom is quite impressive and well stocked, lots of different EVs to choose from. Within days, I achieved my target price, beating Tesla's own trade in valuation by 27% (seriously!!!) and beating best online valuation quote by almost 10%. I recommend R Symons to anyone looking for their next EV and to anyone looking to sell their car.

They sold my car very quickly and for exactly what I asked. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I can't recommend them more highly.

Simply “Okay”. — I purchased a 2017 Audi S3 from R-Symons and at first thought I was getting a great deal. Priced well and offered a small discount with negotiation thanks to Jo but discovered several cosmetic issues with the car after collection.

First of all the front bumper and nearside doorsill/side skirt were damaged and what look like “rattle-canned” by a previous owner. The rear bumper was also damaged & scratched. There were various chips and scratches around the car which had been touched in with a solid white paint touch-up stick, contrasting against the metallic white factory paint. The front black grille also had white overspray, as well as the front sensors seemed present but not actually plugged in or fitted into the bumper or grille?

The car had also been advertised/photographed with a de-chrome but on collection the car had been taken back to chrome. I therefore had to spend an additional £250 to get the car de-chromed again..

I also noticed a slight audio issue where the levels seemed unbalanced. Upon having the car plugged into diagnostics equipment; there were several fault codes present, one which indicated an issue with the speaker system/subwoofer. But R-Symons did not seem too bothered about this issue when mentioning it to them. Surely covered under their 6-month Warranty but guessing not?

Lastly the car was advertised that it had recently been serviced (“3,000 miles ago”) but yet the service light came on a month after collecting it. Not overly happy that after spending over £22,000; within 30 days I then have to fork out more money to get it serviced.

R-Symons did offer a small reimbursement but this amount does not even cover HALF of the cosmetic repairs let alone the service. (I have been quoted £2,000 to get all the repairs completed)

Seem like a genuinely nice garage with nice people but unfortunately I wouldn’t rush to buy a car from them again. If you are looking to buy a car online or over the phone, I would strongly advise to make a trip and thoroughly inspect the car in person before parting with any cash.

Guess I was unlucky on the condition with this purchase, perhaps their Tesla’s have better luck.
