I received a chair only, the puff is missing.
I payed for delivery in 1st floor but the driver refused to do so. I had to go down and pick the goods myself.

Delivery on a different date
Delivery on a different date. Reschedule it is a hassle. They don't do anything on the store apart from taking the order, all thru costumer care. They refuse to change the order before delivery and when you receive it they charge you extra because "prices are different now" even though you ask a day after the purchase. Furthermore I had to leave work to receive it because they don't respect the agreed delivery time either. Terrible.

Delivery without any problems and they even brought it upstairs
The delivery went without any problems. They called me 30 min in advance and then once again when they were at the street level. They even carried the mattress into my apartment. That was very nice of them and helped me a lot. I wouldn't have been able to bring it up myself. They weren't obliged to bring it up, since delivery is made at street level.

I had 2 orders on different days the 1st and the 2nd of February. My orders came on time on both days and the chauffeurs were very well mannered and polite guys, they carried my goods into my room of choice. Thanks guys 👍

Big box delivered at a parking lot around my apartment, refused to bring it to my outer door
I bought with normal delivery, without paying for bringing the box inside the apartment, because I live at the ground floor. They delivered the big heavy box at a parking lot about 10 meters from my outer door and they called me to go pick it up. I told them that I knew I had to bring the box inside by myself but I was expecting them to drop it outside my door, not in a parking lot around there. They had a cart and it would have taken them probably 30 seconds to bring the box outside my outer door from the parking lot, but they refused. So I had to find a way to move the box from the parking lot to my outer door.
