I’m talking to any small new authority. Make sure you do not factoring with RTS financial, it’s a planting off lied with some xtra charge. Read every single line before signing. Do not factoring with RTS financial, if you do so, you never succeed

Rts refuses to release me after paying a balance on my account with no access to my own fund I will proceed to legal process

This is our second attempt to get RTS Financial to do the right thing. We have repeatedly requested a release and termination letter and completed every step their main office required. Instead of resolving the issue, we were pushed back and forth between sales and the transition department. Our sales representative stated he cannot help, transition redirected us back to sales, and now both departments have stopped responding entirely. This feels like deliberate stalling and holding our company hostage. We are giving RTS Financial 24 hours to respond and resolve this matter before we pursue further escalation. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and we strongly warn other carriers.

I’ve been looking at getting into the industry and quite honestly. There is a lot of smoke and mirrors. For someone new to this, it’s been a lot of do this but not that, go here but not there. And I’ve just been at a loss. Arthur Begtine answered a lot of my questions even though I’m not quite ready to make the leap. I will be calling RTS to deal with him specifically once I get my company to the point where I’m ready to hit the road. Thank you for the care and consideration you gave. Definitely a step above the rest.

Arthur & Clayton is the best in the business. RTS definitely treats their employees correctly because all the reps and these reps specifically are just so helpful. 2am Arthur replies, 2am Clayton replies. Honestly, never had service like this before! Just the best fo sho.

Where do I start, initially RTS factoring was great. As it get close to the nearing of our contract, we have experienced unprofessionalism and theft!! We pay for a program within RTS, PRO TRANSPORT. With this being said, once we upload invoices, we have two choices, express wire or ach. If we pick express wire the fee is waived per contract. I learned that they have been charging us a wire fee on top of the fee we pay for using the pro transport program. I called in and spoke to two different supervisors or managers, they told me that I had to choose the wire option oppose to the express option. Okay, well that would make sense IF I had that option. I explain to both of them that we don't have that option. He goes on to say, well if you don't have that option then that changes the conversation. I sent him a screenshot of my options. He then goes on to say, he can't refund me the money they took from us because they employee's failed to do their job!! So I told him, you guys are not going to take money like that and not refund it back. I told him when I signed up for the program, I was told all wires are free and I can upload them via the pro transport or rts pro. He gives another EXCUSE, well you can't use RTS pro. Sir, that's what I was told when I signed up with the program, another excuse to not refund the money back. We purchased the program late February 2025. From March-June, no fees. July-Dec, we were charged 10.00 fees. And its crazy, because they charged some invoices and not all of them. It's like they were being sneaky with it. The amount increases each month after July 2025. To add insult to injury, the manager/supervisor, whatever his title is, don't mean anything to me, but he said he can ONLY put a request in to get December 2025 payments refunded. Sir excuse me, that's not going to work. Then after that jab, he told me he doesn't have time. Are you serious, if it was his money, that they took from him, he wouldn't like it one bit but since it doesn't directly affect him, he was unprofessional and to allow that to roll off his tongue. Our contract will be canceled as of March 2026. We had considered staying with RTS, but not after this incident. We're definitely leaving!! We need a TRUSTWORTHY factoring company that has time!! DO NOT FACTOR WITH THEM!! I DON'T CARE IF ITS 50.00 I WANT IT BECAUSE ITS MINES! THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING YOUR MONEY!! RTS TEAM 63

Oh one last thing, I spoke to the first guy, he was rude and then I called back and got the other guy, I told him how rude he was. He told me he can't speak on that, but he know him personally. What do that have to do with anything. Oh so yall buddies and your taking up for him. I don't know why he felt the need to tell me he know him personally. Who cares, both of yall were rude!!

Reliable team and fast work

RTS is a great company, I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the way they handled my service at first but this dude Arthur Begtine stepped in & handled everything, I like that fact that he always answered the phone & was always in point with whatever I needed help with. I drive all day & it’s comforting knowing you can just send a text to the representative & they’ll handle everything.

There own app randomly put your card on fraud alert and block the card with no after hour costumer service l. Ending up paying full amount manytimes then they charge you for sending fuel cards many times happen with me. Not recommended

This company is terrible. It took 2 business days to receive a wire transfer. Do Not Trust there wire department. I also submitted for another payment for wire transfer and still haven’t received that payment. The ACH payments came the next day. No one has any answers they can’t provide me with the FRN so my bank can’t track the wire. They are defrauding us by offering wire transfer charging wire transfer fees, but the carriers are not getting the wire transfer the same day or minutes as that the purpose of a wire transfer them providing inaccurate information and giving me the run around. Very unprofessional and deceiving.

Maybe the worts company for factoring ,they offer me 2 ,5 % factoring with bundle fuel and factoring.For a month it was that rate,i send in a invoice for factoring load in Tuesday for same day funds ,i was qualified but they didn't release money ,even i had to pay the that day fuel.Next day they send in money but ripe me off with penalties for not paying a fuel day before even they hold my funds.300 in penalties .I close the card for the fuel pay the penalties soon after that they raise me factoring to 3.25 rate cause i am sudenly out of compliance for not using a card,i told them what happen and why i close the card,they offer me new contract to extend on 2 years now with no fuel but 3 % factoring or just to take it back a fuel card and they will give me old rate,i didnt want yo sign anything new,again took back fuel card but now sudenly they want me to fuel 659 gallons i was missing 10 gallons or so so again i was out of compliance and my rate jump back up on 3.25..this is shit company and factoring and brokerage worst than tql…all old companies dont use rts and so be aware new owners operators when you chose a factoring any other company i think you will be treated better than rts this is scam company just waiting to contract expired and never ever i will do any buisnis with them and any people who i know i will advise them to say away from RTS shit company

They scam too much hidden fees and fake promises stay away from RTS factoring

Arthur Begtine is an overall great guy that genuinely wants the best for his clientele .

Teodora Mrosso was amazing and so knowledgeable and helpful. She did such a thorough job and really went to bat for us. If things where 1 to 100 Stars she deserves 1,000 stars!!!!
