I got told loads was getting factor and…
I got told loads was getting factor and they didn’t get factor. I received a email verifying these loads were good to go. On today RTS has lost trust in me as a customer. I will post serval honest reviews about this factoring company. 4 time this incident has happened with RTS my honest is they or not trustworthy not honest ppl. Second time my company factor loads and we got screwed by this factoring company on money my company has work for. This is unacceptable I have emails saying they was gone pay me out on loads my truck haul. This is where it gets crazy on last week someone spoke to me ask me if I have file a mcs-150 name change and we told her we did. On today I received a email saying that hey we can’t pay you guys after today’s payment anymore until. We see that name change. I explained to Gabe the representative that it was done by my company. And he said his upper management needed proof like I was lying. And if I don’t provide proof they will not pay me. Which I provide the proof and didn’t get paid I have 2 trucks waiting move oversize loads on tomorrow we use our money as collateral to rent these trailers and now we can’t rent the trailers. I’m gone be 100 % honest RTS is a no good factoring company. I feel like my company has been targeted for a while now. My money was cut off on something I can’t control. FMSCA does what they want when they want too. RTS is a dirty factoring company very dirty. We work for these loads if they don’t want pay us let us go give us our walking papers and our load back. This is the 4th time you guys did this to my company. And the last it will be I don’t trust you guys anymore. RTS IS A THIEVING FACTORING COMPANY THAN SEND ME A EMAIL SAYING PAID.

Arthur was amazing
Arthur was amazing! He helped me through every step of the way and really made sure I understood how to do everything. He also emailed me about the factoring and that I really appreciated because I had received hundreds of phone calls that day and I personally don’t really like talking on the phone too much so that was a blessing.
