Austin at rts was truly great, he helped me and my company in every way possible, even after shutting down 5 years later he has continued to reach out to see if their was anything he could help with, top notch guy that every company should have by their side!

Nick Malley, the first person in the year and a half I’ve been involved with RTS Financial Services, that has actually followed up with a phone call, did exactly what he said and made Dam sure what I needed was done and done quickly. You my friend are the FING man! I appreciate ya!!

Been working with a direct shipper for 2 years and factoring loads with RTS they pay in 36-41 days we have had 0 payment issues now tht my revenue increased with them RTS tells me i cannot work with them anymore because they don't have a brokerage authority which they have never had or been required to have because they are a direct shipper they are not a broker
Furthermore when i uploaded the invoices the shipper had a C rating which is good then RTS held the invoices and told me they had been downgraded when i explained to them they are a shipper and not a broker and have never had a broker authority and asked why this would be brought up 2 years later i was told they will look into it but for now no funding and cannot work with my biggest customer which will put me out of business very scary company so work with they always get super nice during renewal time and then right back to the same BS after renewal
also, on RTS credit portal it shows the shipper does not require brokerage bond and i pointed this out to them and they just stopped responding they try to control the concentration you do with every shipper no matter their pay history i showed RTS proof on their excuse they gave for not allowing me to factor loads with this shipper was a lie and they completely ignored me and held my money with my insurance renewal coming up this could close my door and must being ignored when showing proof they are lying

Chris Cruze was very knowledgeable of his job and was very helpful. Whenever I have a question he is always helpful in getting me an answer.

I couldn’t hold myself even after receiving a long and all time good service by RTS l, thanks to Ms. Mallory to enroll me couple of years ago, to give one star this time. Actually, I shared my concern over the phone with another colleague next day but he was only a good listener but nothing else as he never said anything about incident or to take care of it in a way not to happen again in future. His complete no response type of listening power made me feel stupid that why I wasted my time to repeat this all with him.

Actual incident was about to process same day fundings which I invoiced one hour later of cut off timer. The person, Drew, screwed me up with very kind and polite way by telling me that he will personally take care of it BUT IF THE STATUS OF INVOICE WILL NOT CHANGE IN COUPLE OF HOURS THEN I WOULD HAVE TO CALL AGAIN TO REMIND MY REQUEST. I was stupid enough to believe on him and I should call again in 5 minutes again to talk to another team member and to repeat my request to seek favor to process my invoice same day despite of late submission. I am saying this because in past as well and every time the team member told me on spot if it was possible or not. Only problem could be load work of that day. My request was accepted if I was told it will be done. In other case I was told the percentage of chances of being processed because of load work. BUT THIS TIME GOT SCREWED BY MR. DREW.

Long story short, I believed Mr DREW and he SCREWED me up by not processing the invoice. It cost me return payment fee, a late payment fee of $450+ and couple of more insufficient funds penalties.

I had to post this, sorry RTS had no choice, because first DREW, SCREWED me and then next day his colleague add salt to it by just listening but never gave me a single word of resolution. I hope I made my point and pain clear.

Chris Cruz is an excellent person to work with. He has been helping me with all my needs and problems I may have, just made things easy for me. I love and appreciate working with him. Glad I decided to go with RTS.I have no complaints

I got a clear answer to my concern about the lumper receipt. If it paid by carrier, it should not be factored and we need to sent lumper fees receipt separately with Rate Confirmation.Thank you to Leah to good explanation
