Bad return policy and side panel fit
I followed the size chart and preferred a large soft armor compression shirt with side panels. Do not do this. The side panels insert horizontally and sit low, so the your vitals are all exposed. Additionally, they're very long horizontally, so they create a bell shaped shirt by holding the front and back panels away from the body. Definitely not concealable.
The day it arrived I contacted them to set up a return, since I found a better fitting shirt with a different company, but they would only offer a 1 time exchange for a different size. I'm pissed about their customer service. They cited a concern about the integrity of a returned panel. Understandable, but not if they'll accept it for an exchange. They only won't accept it for a refund.
If you have a belly the side panels would fit, but still wouldn't protect your vitals from the side. I do not recommend them for the soft armor compression shirt.
Edit: a manager saw this review and contacted me. She said the original customer service guy made a mistake and they do refund the soft panel shirts. Still one star because without trust pilot I would've been out $500.

Fantastic body armor

Measurements!
I think as an LEO professional, you guys should take into consideration better measurements for both body armor and carriers for individual purchases. The reason is that you offer measurements only for large department orders from what I was told and your products are not cheap. Other than that the purchase that I made both the armor and carrier is high quality. Thanks but I hope you guys consider my request in the future.

As much as I wish this would have been…
As much as I wish this would have been positive, it wasn't. The item I ordered which showed to be in stock, wasn't, resulting in a significant delay in shipping. Then, when the item was shipped, it was not only the wrong size but also the wrong color.
Overall just not a confidence inspiring transaction and in the end, no armor.
