First time I've used your site, but I knew it was good as Amazon had a link to your site, which usually means good. Amazon also had their own LH scissors, but not as easy to follow, and they had some RH scissors in a LH scissors sort!

I ordered the cake slice to replace one my Mother had had for years. When it arrived it was not the item in the picture but is probably longer lasting as the handle is all in one with the blade.

Brilliant quality left handed scissors. I only wish I had found ru-lefthanded website sooner. Spent over an hour looking on the web before I found it.

My grandson had complained that he has to always use right handed tools. Being left handed it seemed impossible to solve his need until we discovered RU-lefthanded. Problem solved. Excellent service and if anything you have ordered is out of stock you are contacted and offered a suitable alternative from someone who is serious about what they are doing. All in all excellent customer service and a reasonable choice of products.

my wife ordered some pens for our daughter , she used an incorrect name on a credit card , got an email saying order not authorised by bank , tried to pay over phone but unable , told to re-order goods , did that but had to create new account as was unable to edit existing account that my wife set up , ordered again and goods turned up next day , great service but really bad website , not user-friendly at all .

The delivery time was excellent - next day service! There are a lot of items I never thought were produced for left handers, which makes it an ideal company to buy everyday things and presents for friends and family who are also left handed. For people who struggle to find the item they need to make life easier, especially children (scissors, knives etc), this is the place to go to find exactly what you need.
The people at the end of the phone are charming and very helpful so all in all it's a wonderful company to shop with.

The delivery was excellent, received my item as promised next day. However, I did have a problem when ordering my item via the internet (somehow I managed to order x 2 keyboards when I wanted just 1). I tried to telephone the Customer Service to cancel the extra order but had to leave a voice message. After a few hours and not having a call back I went online and requested a callback via their website. To this day I still have not had a callback! Therefore, the Customer Service could be vastly improved. All in all I probably would use again as their products are good quality and not too expensive.

Keyboard ordered. Arrived the next day, can't ask for better service than that. Refreshing change.

I ordered the items on-line towards the end of the afternoon and they arrived the very next day.

Products are of excellent quality, purchased for my left-handed five year old grand-daughter. She seems to be managing much better with these now.

We ordered the keyboard for our Estimator who is left handed. The keyboard was ordered and delivered the next day, you can't ask for better service than that.
