This was the first time I had used RU-left handed? I needed a gift for my sister who is a keen gardener. The left-handed pruners are just right! I ordered one afternoon, and the pruners arrived in the next day's post. You could not wish for better service. Well done!

I ordered the left-handed late Friday afternoon and it arrived on Saturday morning - absolutely fantastic :-)

The mouse was also only about a third of the price of other vertical left-handed mouse. Very impressed with the goods and the company.

Having twin boys, one left handed, I am very impressed with the service and the response. Whilst one of my items was not in stock, I was pleased an alternative was offered. I would use the company again, without hesitation. My only 'slight grievance' is the website could do with more in the way of pictures and a little easier to use. This is, however, a minor point and did not impact hugely on me using again!

To date, I have only received part of my order as rulers are currently out of stock. The pencil sharpener I did receive arrived with a broken lid, and I notified RU-Lefthanded immediately. They replied the next day - Sunday - which is unheard of, apologised and promised to replace the item, which they did straightaway. So, yes I am very pleased to receive this kind of service from a company. Sadly, most companies are not so efficient. I will definitely be back in the future.

I found it was not easy to get the item to the basket and had to ring up and order, which makes a nonsense of buying on the web. Otherwise a very efficient and helpful person I spoke to.

GREAT ITEMS RECEIVED VERYQUICKLY

I ordered a couple of items from RU-Lefthanded thinking they would take - I suppose - about a week to get to me. You see, postage and packaging was free. Now normally you would expect it therefore to take some time to get to you.

However, when it turned up within 2 days, well to say I was surprised would be an underexaggeration!

So if you are thinking of using them, don't hesitate, and don't think you will be sitting there waiting for the next few weeks for your goods to arrive. You will be cutting paper and peeling potatoes before you know it. Needless to say that is what I bought, along with a left handed can opener.

Go on - give them a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I am right-handed and I bought a keyboard for lefthanders because of problems with RSI in my right arm. The number keys on the keyboard for lefthanders is on the left-hand side, which means I can bring my mouse much closer to the keyboard and ensures that I don't overstretch too much which has relieved my RSI. The first keyboard for work I bought was grey, now they only do them in black, which I find more difficult to use.
Service was excellent and I received the keyboard within a few days.

The website offered goods for sale which I wanted. I ordered it, paid for it and it arrived. Therefore it did exactly what was expected of it. Nothing above or below average.
