I've bought from Rubicon before and my experience is always great. Good value watches, and really quick dispatch time. I was able to get a watch from a brand that no longer had the watch in stock themselves.

Website that works as it should. Good choice of watches at reasonable prices. Very prompt despatch of a very well packaged product. Delivered on time by UPS. Will definitely use Rubicon again!

I ordered a watch that I was keen on and was even given a price match to give a better price. Unfortunately the watch want for me when I seen in person so arranged a return. Customer service team could not have been more helpful and I would absolutely recommend and use again in future

It was great to be able to order the watch that I wanted, having read the nice specifications and favourable reviews. The ordering was easy and the response adequate. Then the 'package delivered' e-mail from Royal Mail came in after a few days, alas I had received nothing! But as it turned out to be, the message was: a normal in-between-delivery at a transport hub in England, from one courier to another. That message was pre-mentioned in the Dutch traders mail, but not very easy to find, so I didn't read it at first and was a bit startled. Anyway, shortly after that came the e-mail from the second courier, and I have received the package just a few days after that, which I think is quite fast, considering the UK-Europe "barrier". So, well done and compliments to Rubicon and partners. Very happy with the watch.

Great selection of watches to choose from but I knew I wanted a Seiko, Hubby and I have owned them since we were 21 - 60 years ago. Arrived by Royal Mail promptly and beautifully presented. Didn’t realise they would have sized the bracelet pre-despatch so struggled with Seiko’s instruction pamphlet, YouTube came to the rescue. So glad I can wear this with no danger of water damage when I wash up etc. I wish I had known about Rubicon Watches years ago, superb Company to deal with.

There's nothing more valued than a company and team, that quickly and effectively resolve a problem. A watch ordered and delivered internationally was unfortunately damaged. Minor, but impacted function. Steve quickly responded to the issue, provided a seamless return outcome and replaced the product without delay. Quality store. Excellent staff. Highly rated.

When my watch arrived I couldn't get it to start.I was concerned about having to deal with this as I am a long way from the UK. My email was promptly answered and when it became clear that there was a fault with the watch a replacement was swiftly dispatched.Steve was in constant communication and made the whole process easy and clear.My concerns were quickly alleviated.
