Ordered a Lorus Lumibrite ometime…
Ordered a Lorus Lumibrite sometime around October 21st. Still haven't received it as of November 21st. I'm in Augusta USA and somehow the watch got hung up in North Carolina. Contacted FedEx and USPS and Rubicon Watches and no one has been able to help or rectify the situation. Order at your own risk

Wrong Address
I'm in impressed with my the product I'd received, the issue was with the delivery. The package had the wrong address and couldn't be delivered at my address, and so I had to run around to three different royal mail offices to find the package.

Bought a Timex Expedition watch from Rubicon Watches on Ebay. Very happy with my purchase. The watch came in a lovely presentation box, well wrapped and on good time. The price was very competitive. Hoping it serves me as well as the last Timex Expedition watch I owned.

30m water resistant ... my derriere
I bought a Radley watch rated at 30m water resistant. 30m resistant actually only means splash proof. How misleading is that? OK they offered to repair my submerged watch but I wouldn't have bought it in the first place if it had been clear as only splash proof.

There is a full section on our website about water resistance, we also went through this on our emails. It is industry standard to use the same scale.
We did offer to repair your watch free of charge even though it was not cover under warranty but you decided to not take us up on this offer.

Great after care
I bought a Timex Gents Intelligent Compass Watch TW2V22300 from Rubicon, as my eyes are not great the dial was too busy for me, so i returned it, the experience was excellent, no dramas whatsoever, they sent a free return label, i returned the watch and the refund was in my account a few days later, i wish all companies were so easy to deal with.
