Had an awesome experience purchasing from Rubicon. Bought a Timex North Expedition that I was waiting to get back in stock for a while. They had it in stock, so after a few short emails they invoiced me on Paypal and the watch was on its way shortly after paying. Got it delivered with Royal mail the very next morning. Would definitely recommend them, 10/10.

A great looking watch.Packaged well and for saying how far it came it arrived in good time.
We are from Derbyshire originally and its good to know that quality and efficiency are still evident there.

I bought a watch on their Amazon store. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly my parcel arrived and how well packaged the watch was. The watch itself was immaculate and very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend Rubicon as a company to buy from.

The watch that I purchased replaced a 14 years old broken watch belonging to my wife, and was an identical make/model. The watch upon arrival was well packaged and was in perfect condition. My wife was extremely happy with my purchase, her favourite watch now replaced, and at a great price. The whole buying process was smooth and without any complications. Staff were polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company to others without reservation.

Watch order placed on their website, unfortunately I got the address wrong. Phoned up the next day, spoke to a helpful chap and he printed out the correct address label right there and then. Watch turned up 2 days later. Absolutely brilliant service, pity other companies don’t work like this.

Always use small family Businesses when buying on line. First time I have bought a watch online and was not disappointed. Well known Brands and good prices.I ordered Monday and package arrived Wednesday 10.30am.I was replacing my wife's battered watch. We have both got over 20 year old watches, so don't often buy watches, but would buy off Rubicon if needed.

Really pleased with my titanium Lorus watch. Good price, good service. Asked to adjust to my size. Not a problem. Fits perfectly. Speedy delivery as well.

I had to contact the company in order to change my delivery address, the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and handled my issue brilliantly.
I was also contacted by another gentleman due to making an error while selecting the band size of the watch I ordered. He was also very friendly and provided me with some guidance on which size to order which was very helpful.
Unfortunately, I can only give 4 stars due to the watch being slightly scratch upon arrival. I was unable to return in time due to it being a birthday gift, however this has not affected my overall satisfaction with the company or how happy I am with the customer service.

Brilliant watch and fantastic communication and quick delivery.

I was pleased to find the watch I was looking for at a discounted price online and I took a few moments to read about Rubicon Watches, a small family business in The Peak District, who place great value in customer service. This is the kind of company I prefer to buy from and support. I ordered, the watch arrived a few days later, all well-packaged, and in a very nice presentation box. What would be my first impression of the watch inside I wondered.. I was immediately delighted with its appearance; a very pleasingly-rendered recreation of the original Timex Marlin from the 1960's. Many reviews have given praise to Timex for staying faithful to the original, particularly in its 34mm case diameter, small by today's standards, but just perfect on my wrist. This watch simply shines in it's understatement, recalling perfectly in its form a design aesthetic of another time. Thanks to all at Rubicon for great service and (another) happy customer

Ive Purchased a watch recently from Rubicon Watches and it was delivered to Australia within the week, i spoke at length in regards as to the model i wanted and was very surprised at the customer service i received, to be very honest i would say its the best ive ever received from any business, i will certainly be making Rubicon Watches my number 1 go to for watches in the future, truly a real pleasure,

I bought a watch for my son and within a week it had broken. I contacted Rubicon and they sent my son a brand new watch and they even sent me a prepaid envelope to send the broken watch back.

There aren't many places that would do that so i was very happy.

Hi Nothing wrong with the service,the watch is good its just the strap,cheap and very nasty,, and far to short i cant even get to the first hole on the strap,, i am not of a large build or in slightest bit fat, looks like i will have to buy a new strap, most annoying
