Parcel left in FULL SUN on mat at front door whereas I understood parcel would be left in a secluded spot. I had left an upturned bucked in said spot with notice
on top saying SAFE. No notice was taken of this at all.
This request for a review of your service arrived 5 days before the parcel arrived!

I was looking to purchase a Seiko watch which I eventually found and bought from Rubicon, they were brilliant, very helpful and accommodating. The staff were great. I bought the watch via a phone call after looking on their website, they asked if the braclet needed adjusted, which they did and said it would be delivered by post within 48hrs, which it was. I'm very happy with the service and what I bought. I'll definitely be buying from them again. Thanks.

Contact was made via the internet platform and by email.
Fast, very friendly and courteous service, even when small problems need to be solved.
Delivery to the EU zone takes a little longer, but this is not the responsibility of the seller.
In return, customs clearance is included in the low price.
The item received was in the original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.

Correct watch arrived on time. However, the strap (reduced to my measurements) is a little tight. It would have been better if the spare links had been enclosed with the watch so that I could have got the strap lengthened.
