Communication from Rugby Warfare was spot on, they were unable to fulfil my exact order, however they informed me promptly by email and with a note in the package. They also applied a discount to the order despite it not being applicable for the 3for50 deal due to an unavailable item.

Would definitely recommend them.

I ordered the new design tees and was not familiar with the new fit. When my order arrived the shirts were way too short, even though I order the exact same size as all my previous orders. I contacted Rugby Warfare and they not only educated me about the different fabric used.... they fully replaced my order. I have been ordering from them for years and this was the 1st ever "hiccup" I've encountered. Not only are their products FANTASTIC, but so is their Customer Service!!!!!

Good pair of shorts , material feels a good and robust quality and work well in weigh lifting and high intensity exercise sessions.. lots of room for upper legs/thighs … only slight issue is waist cord seems to easily come work its way out when washing even when tied !

This was a hard choice to make. The products are brilliant, from the quality to the design and even the fit. Also, they are very affordable for everyone. The reason for the lower rating is due to the delivery time and communication. I paid for the 48hr delivery but actually had to wait a total of 198hrs. I sent several emails asking for updates but did not get a reply until the product had been delivered. The response was 'the 48hr delivery is from when it reaches the postal service and NOT when the order was placed'. This therefore means it took the company 144hrs, after taking my payment, to process the order and arrange postage. I personally do not think this is good enough.

Negative - Delivery issues again (second time in two orders) after paying for 48hr, waited over a week. The tee fits great but has already started to "bobble" after one wash with my other gym clothes. Shame as its a lovely top and really comfortable.

Positives - The tee,(minus the bobble issue) is really nice. Fits well and really comfortable. The shorts (two pairs) are great. Fit perfect (go a size up as stated on the website) and colours are great.

I'm 50/50 on wether I would buy again. Previous kit I ordered had an issue with the logo print,(they were great and sent a new top) and also had a delivery issue. So that's two for two.
.shame because the good kit really is great and worth every penny.

Happy with product and postage etc. I had a few issues with the discount code but I got there in the end.

Great clothes for great prices! Picked the wrong size but decided to keep it ready for when I’m smaller because couldn’t sent back such good quality value stuff back. Just ordered some more 😂
