Really quick delivery
Really quick delivery, the rug fits my chunky IDx cob perfectly with plenty of room for his big neck although it is a size up to what he normally has (it’s the standard sizing not the big horse sizing) I really like the coverage and hope this will also help with his very mild sweet itch as it’s quite dense weave. I got the waterproof fly rug on sale but really considering buying the normal fly rug as well for summer, will see how this one holds up to raucous gelding antics first!

Sadly less than 24 hours the zip face and neck hood has ripped for an honest review they are to fin and fragile, my horse lives out in a 9 acre field with Ditch all the way around so no trees or fencing to rip it on but sadly how it has, imagine if a horse in a stable or off in trailer ready for competition was to wear one to be able to catch on may things it would just be a waste of money! Won’t let me add photos!

Thank you for the review. I did e-mail you after you left a Feefo review last year but sadly never heard back so was unable to assist further.
The hoods you purchased are lycra so not thick fabric like our turnout hoods but many prefer as not as warm and more stretchy. If the hoods had failed at a seam then could be faulty or not generous enough in which case we could have assisted.
Regarding photos - Trustpilot is not a site we use for our invited reviews so we don't have any control on what can be uploaded.

Awful customer service sent a rug back that “went missing” and was never refunded for it then suddenly my emails were blocked.

I payed for returning the item it was sent and signed for yet didn’t arrive?

I am unable to find a horse rug or any other order from anyone by this name in 2025. We don't charge our customers for standard delivery but equally we don't arrange return labels as this is responsibility of the customer (unless of course we sent out wrong item/goods were faulty). As we don't book the returns we are unable to claim from the courier for lost parcels as that is something that has to be done by the purchaser of the courier label.
As a company we have never blocked anyone's e-mails in 20 years of trading and haven't done so in this case.
If you could provide an order number or e-mail address then will happily investigate this for you. Also I note you state it was a signed for service - if you could provide name of who signed for it please then that would be very useful.
