Disappointed
Rug looks great on the website and delivery was good BUT as many have said the rug comes folded and it is impossible to get the creases out - I am so disappointed, it’s a 250 X 350 rug and having read the other reviews it looks like I am going to have a nightmare trying to return it. Why on earth would you fold a rug this size, I ordered one the same size from another company and it arrived rolled, perfect and easy to lay. If they had stated on the website that it would be folded I would never have ordered it. Terrible

Excellent customer service
The customer service team were friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to me via email and on the phone when I wanted to cancel and order and needed to return an order. I was really impressed. The selection of rugs on the website is also huge, and delivery and the return process was quick.

Good concept but poor execution with terrible logistics
I like the concept - huge selection of rugs, free delivery and free returns. But the reality is this is NOT easy. First of all, the 3 rugs I ordered were not delivered together. 1 rug turned up on the expected delivery day, and the other 2 turned up more than a week later.
Secondly, the first rug that turned up was not the rug I ordered. And rugvista said in order to return I had to wait for the other rugs to turn up so we knew which rug of the 3 I ordered was missing. So that was annoying given rugs are expensive and I had hundreds of pounds sitting with them.
And finally, I am now trying to return the rugs and it is a NIGHTMARE. They use UPS, I scheduled a collection for last week, had someone home all day long and they never turned up. Called again this morning and after giving all my details over the course of 20 minutes, was then told that they don't service my postcode. Hard to believe given it was delivered to me, and I live in central London!? So now I have to somehow get 3 rugs to a drop off point with a newborn baby and no car! I know UPS is not rugvista but rugvista have chosen them as their courier service and it's not been a good experience. But it started off poor from the get-go with the wrong rug delivered then the extended delay with the other rugs.

Delivery of my rugs never arrived. Contacted rugvista and after speaking to them they just disappeared with no follow up or any info. Rugs are just floating around. Opened a case with PayPal. Would never have left a customer not knowing what is going on.
