Elegí volar con Iberia para la ida y British Airways para la vuelta. Pagué mas del doble que volar con Vueling. 2 personas.
Para que al final, los 2 vuelos fueran “operados” por Vueling.
400€ tirados a la basura.

Their payment UI goes against EU regulations.

It's not clear what you have in your order + they use 'dark patterns' (tricks that make users do what they did not mean to)

Totalmente recomendable

I booked an hotel+flight package and before 48 hours I had to cancel due to personal reasons. I had free cancelation in the package, but I was told that the flights couldn't be reimbursed. I can still accept that, but then I was told there was an extra cost due to their management (35 euros per person). Which again, still kinda of acceptable. But then I only got 46 euros reimbursed back! Mind the total was around 1600 euros, and I only had paid 476. Which means they were charging me about 360 euros for 2 seats in a 2h Ryanair flight. I even checked the exact same flights, days after, and they were less than 100 euros.
Are you telling me that a company that specialises in getting the best hotel and flight deals, is paying more than what I can get by myself on the Ryanair website?
I'm being charged approximately 300 euros for a cost that doesn't exist. When I asked for a description of these amounts, I was only told that they can't break down the prices because I've chosen a package.
They charge almost the entire amount paid and don't specify anything because they are keeping the money, because there is no justification. It's certainly propaganda
I want the refund in the right way, the amount they are charging is unacceptable, after all I chose a package with free cancellation in which I can keep the flights

Attention! Sneaky scammers!

I was quoted a ticket price on Google Flights and decided to go with Rumbo as it was the cheapest.
I went through the ticket purchase process and deselected ALL the options I didn't want. The price to be charged to the credit card was shown to be CHF 458,99 (exactly what was shown on GoogleFlights), entered by credit card number and I clicked "Accept" and then a new form popped up, saying that I am being charged CHF 478.41, and I can get the difference (CHF 19.42) as the money back when I place my next order with Rumbo.es

I don't recall seeing anything about this money-back scheme and I feel like they stole CHF19.42 from me because I would NEVER go back to Rumbo.es again.

Needless to say, there's no way to claim the money stolen in any other way. This is scam!

I paid for baggage when I made my airline reservation, and when I checked in at the airport, the airline said that Rumbo hadn't paid them for my baggage fees. I had to pay for my bags with the airline. I tried to call the customer service line multiple times and no one answered. I tried to contact them through their chat service and it didn't work. I tried calling the 800 number and it's a phone sex line.
