I won't bore you with the long backstory, but my wife needed some Hoka brand rocker trainers. The gentleman who assisted us (I think his name was Matt) could not have been more helpful. He took all the time she needed to help her with the fitting, was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
A worthy 5 star service.

Perfect service does exist and it’s proven with every visit here. Matt and his team are a great bunch of people who go out their way every time to achieve what you need, from running to cycling there is no other place I would take my custom. I am very grateful to have this shop local to me. 11/10 highly recommend!

Bought a bike online for delivery however was going to be on holiday at the dispatch date - I emailed the customer service team and Matt responded almost instantly, arranged a quicker despatch and was extremely communicative about options and arrival time and the bike arrived exactly when arranged!

Can't recommend enough

Dishonest - Ordered and paid for a new mountian bike. (not cheap) Got sent an email a day later saying they didn't actually have this bike in stock, but could offer a more expensive bike if i paid more money (!) I refused, & then got told they would try to find me another bike. (Matt) then never got back to me & my money was returned. I do not trust this bike shop and would recommend others to look elsewhere. Just plain dishonest & don't care.

Used Matt at run and ride this morning for a bike fit and can’t thank him enough, so helpful and so much knowledge to offer! Really made it an enjoyable experience couldn’t recommend enough!

The whole event was just fantastic well organised throughout the day food & drinks was lovely hopefully we will get more from our club coalville wheelers members to enter next time as know one missed out on entering it due to be the organiser of our cross race for the first time bless her. Hopefully you be having another sometime in the future?

I love the Dirty Dozen, my favourite run of the year. Great course, great atmosphere, really well run with really good quality food option.

A very well organised event, and the route this year was just awesome again, I have now run this event 5 times and the thing I like most is, the route alters slightly each year 👍 already looking forward to 2026. But will be back in May to run the Half Marathon (already booked) 👌

Done a few Dirty Dozen now. Always enjoy the course, although early bottlenecks can be a pain. Being bracketed as 50 - 99 is a bit rough on those of us who are up at retirement age as well 😀

Travelled from Brisbane, had so much fun, even in the ditch!!-) brilliant run. So so well organised.

Atmosphere was great at the start and finish line. Plenty of marshalls who were on hand to help people. Decent package price overall for the venue and everything that was included.
As ever with these events, the toilet situation perhaps needed more attention due to the long queue.
Overall a great event though, would run again and recommend.

I have been competing in these events for the past few years and have loved every one of them. I can highly recommend the event to anyone thinking of giving it a go. Please keep up the great work Matt. 👍

Myself and my daughter competed in the race at Cannock Chase. It was a really fun and a good day out for the family. We all really enjoyed it, the wide range in categories makes it possible for anyone to give it a go so I'd highly recommend anyone to give it a try.

After doing the Winter Classic back in February I was determined to do the summer classic. Once again it was well communicated beforehand and organised on the day great course marked out and marshalled (thanks guys) well happy to have finished and kept it rubber side down

The Cannock Chase Summer Classic was superb! Great communications before the event and on the day, the course was great, well marked and marshalled and results came through quickly! Really well organised and I'm looking forward to future events! I can also recommend the shop at Milford - It's top notch!
