Well as I’d never heard of RUN CHARLIE before I was unsure I should really purchase from them as I’d been scammed a year or two ago, the coat I was going to buy was also being sold on the RUN CHARLIE LTD site but cheaper than the site I was originally going to purchase from so I came on TRUST PILOT and found very good reviews about their products and prices so I decided to go ahead and buy the same coat that I wanted. i was even saving more with buying from them even though I was more or less getting the same coat delivered for free from the other shop, it was a no brainer really when it comes to saving a few pounds these days, plus it was delivered very quickly too.

I ordered some walking pants which were extremely competitively priced and they were dispatched promptly and I received them a couple of days later. Everything you could want when online shopping. Wouldn’t hesitate to order again from this company.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service from Run Charlie. I have placed a couple of orders recently which were cancelled without explanation. I sent an email asking to add to my recent order, only then to be told that I return too many items, so they will no longer allow me to buy from them. I have previously had a couple of regatta jackets from them, which I had to return due to the lining ripping, which Regatta will refund to them under warranty. As everyone is aware it can be difficult buying online as you can't try items on. In my opinion the refusal to accept my orders should have been explained to be not just CANCEL the order. Oh well just glad all companies don't operate in this manner .

Found this website when looking for Women's Regatta trousers and they sure are competitive in pricing. Bought some Highton Trousers II for my volunteering work and they were at least £20 cheaper than other sites. Ordered on 22nd Feb and delivered on the 25th Feb. The trousers are so comfortable so looking at ordering some more.

I ordered an item of clothing that I really wanted and was chuffed when I found it in my size on Amazon supplied by RUN CHARLIE. Several days later I received a Message from the company to say they could no Longer supply it with no real explanation. I therefore have no trust that this company will be able to supply even though there are some nice looking gear on their website.

I hadn't heard of Run Charlie before, so I was nervous about placing an order with them. I even called their customer service to find out how long they'd been in business (around 10 years I was told). I read their positive reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere and after some more due diligence, I bought a Didriksons parka I'd been scouring the net for. Run Charlie's price was by far the cheapest! I ordered it on Friday morning and it arrived on Saturday morning; within less than 24 hours! I've had bad experiences with their courier, Evri, with other companies in the past, but they delivered the parcel today without issue. The parka is perfect and fits really well. I will definitely put Run Charlie at the top my search list for any future winter or activewear purchases!
