Soooo. My table was bespoke. I had to remove my window to get it into the house and it was worth it. From start of purchase to delivery every care and question was responded to and handled with sensitivity. I love love love my new table. It feels great to sit at and my family can’t get enough of it.

We were looking for a bar table that looked stylish and beautifully made, and this didn't disappoint. It's sturdy, with a lovely stained polish dark oak finish. It's easy to dismantle, which makes moving it less arduous, as it's quite weighty. We had a powder coat finish added to the steel frame, which is flawless and looks great!

Good communication as ordered a bespoke bar table so had a few phone calls/emails from them to clarify measurements etc. Table is excellent quality, finished to a high standard and looks beautiful. Would certainly recommend.

Ordered a table before realising it wouldnt fit so immediately cancelled the order. I chased for a refund for 12 days before they finally refunded only for it to be an echeque (whatever that is ) delaying my refund to paypal even longer !! Three wks and still no refund!

We ordered the 4 Seater Tall Bar Table in Dark Oak, its absolutely Beautiful! Speedy delivery, 17 days from order. Fun part was unwrapping, which was very very well wrapped and protected...

I would definitely recommend a table from this company.

I think a company’s true colours show when there’s a problem to solve and so in my experience Rusticland have done a great job.

We ordered a table that for whatever reason was not right when delivered and we chose to return it for a refund.

Rusticland promptly arranged collection and fully refunded us including delivery so we were not left out of pocket at all.

Problems occur with any company, but it’s only the bad experiences you hear about, rarely the good so I’m happy to redress that balance.

Great service and item quality from Pawel. Some reviews say the colour is different to the stain advertised but if you look at the colour options on Etsy then they match up pretty well to what you get delivered!The table and bench are sturdy and add something really special to your home. The whole process was smooth and easy and our item arrived in perfect condition!

Top quality furniture, good customer service and arrived few days before I was expecting

I ordered a coffee table from Rusticland, but contrary to what I was told by Pawel in terms of delivery it turned up 2 days early, left on the street because the courier they used couldn’t be bothered to bring it into the ground floor flat. I unwrapped the table and the legs were covered in a black dust that came off on my hands and clothes. After some argumentative discussions where I was also ignored, Pawel agreed to refund if I sent the table back using a delivery label they sent me. This was however was not for collection it was ONLY if I took it back to the post office... a great big coffee table... when I live in London with no car. I explained this to Pawel and that they were Infringing on my consumer rights (which I showed him they were) and he still refused to get it collected. An absolute disgrace. Don’t buy anything from here if you know what’s good for you!

Avoid this company .
I ordered a rustic dark oak finish table and received a shiny gloss antique pine finish .
Two completely different shades.
However this company believe otherwise .
I supplied them with the two images side by side showing the difference but they deny any difference
Worse is their attitude . I’ve got to pay £60 to return it and they might refund me just for the table .
Avoid this company .

Absolute asre holes, sent me wrong colour, admitted it was there fault n what they doing about it....nothing, there quite happy taking my £275, well if they think I’m going away there very wrong,I have e mails and recorded phone calls of them admitting they were wrong, I will get my money back they won’t beat me, Seriously stay away guys!!!!

Awesome table and bench, speedy delivery and helpful staff as well as the delivery guys. Highly recommend furnitures will last a long time.
