Avoid
Avoid - Service is very poor. My item arrived broken, unuseable AND in the wrong wood stain. Rather than being able to exchange the item for an intact one, I was offered only a 10% refund which of course never came. I had to initialise a chargeback on my card to get my money back.
Pawel’s store has surprisingly good reviews on Etsy - I can only presume this is because Etsy offers more customer protection so he has to rectify issues from there but can happily ignore customers from everywhere else. Was hoping to kit out my living room and kitchen with his pieces but have ordered elsewhere instead. Never again.

Poor service but ultimately I'm pleased
Communications with this company not good - they went off the radar for a while whereby I was looking to contact my credit card company for them not honouring my purchase.
Anyway. I have the kithen unit and am pleased. I elected to get the raw steel version which requires me to treat as they wanted an extra £150 for treating.
