Use a different site when searching for…
Use a different site when searching for AVAILABLE RVs. This site misleads renters by presenting RVs as available based on your search criteria. But after you send the request, you find out it’s not. I had this happen multiple times and it wasted a lot of my time and effort.
UPDATE: In response to company, I've been unable to find a way to leave a rating on those RVs as the company states. Plus, the company should handle this with their clients, I shouldn't have to be their enforcer through reviews.

RVNGO is the only one 4 me!
RVNGO is the only business out there providing honest hard work help to the Owners of the units. I would not be as successful an owner, and my clients would not be as happy, if not for RVNGO. Ian and Liam are the best Customer Service teammates I have worked with anywhere. Payments are prompt and it’s truly a USA operated business.
Thank you RVNGO for making renting my RV’s so effortless and safe.
False advertising at it's best.
In every online ad they say no fees. Then when I go to book the RV, there's an extremely high fee. The one I was gonna rent had a $337 fee. The RV rental cost was only $600. It would be nice if they didn't do false advertising. UPDATE: RVnGO needs to give me a way to send them the screenshot I took of their fees. They say they don't have fees but I have the screenshot to prove it. UPDATE: I want a way to post the screenshot here so others can see. And please don't try to insult me with your word games. I know what a fee is. If others choose to pay, that's their business. I refuse to pay you $337 on a $600 rental.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE INSURANCE AND DO NOT ALLOW RENTERS TO USE THEIR INSURANCE IF YOU ARE THE OWNER!
Took two weeks just for their contracted out adjuster to write the estimate. Then it took five months for them to pay me to get the damages fixed. It was a straight forward case. The prices for the parts had gone up from the estimate to the time they actually paid out and now will not cover the additional amount. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE. Owners do not respond. Only use the big name insurance companies, lesson learned.

RVNGO IS AMAZING
I recently had the pleasure of not only listing on your site but also renting from your site. I found your platform to be extremely user friendly and straight forward. I don't understand the low scores on your reviews. As a host, I own my unit, not the rental site. It falls on me to reply back to my potential guests. You are just the conduit to connect me to them.
I like the fact that I can do an insurance only transaction. That is huge for my small fleet of travel trailers.
For any fellow host or guest that is thinking of going to RVNGO verse the other companies. Take the reviews with a grain of salt. Look at the dates and think about where we were all doing back then. Toilet paper wars, Paper towel runs at 5 am and just wanting to get out of the house.
As a host, I get to keep my money. I don't have to pay crazy commissions for just connecting me with a guest. Why should I? For guests (and this comes from personal use) I know you will find most hosts to be honest people. There are a few bad apples in any industry. You just have to realize that life is not always going to be sunshine and rainbows. If you have a bad host experience talk about it. Let people know to avoid a given host.
We the consumers are in charge and this consumer wants to keep more of my money.

This site sucks. Waste of time and effort.
This site sucks. I tried for a week straight to Find and rent an RV for a couple nights This weekend and only two people replied out of seven and declined my request Just because It’s a holiday weekend And they have a mandatory 4 night rental for holidays! Makes no sense to me. Do you rent rvs or not? I wouldn’t have this problem renting a car or a Hotel room. This site sucks. 10/10 do not recommend. I rather buy my own goddamn RV than ever deal with this bullsh*t again. 🖕🏼

First time to use a camper rental…
First time to use a camper rental company. Trailer camping has interested me for some time now and thought of renting to see if I want to leave the tent behind.
Let's say its not been a good experience. I messaged Ahmed on his 2019 Forest River Wolf Pup camper on Sept.1,2020
I was wanting to rent it from 4th to the 7th.
Here we are the 3rd. Not one response, to tell me more about it or even a courtesy message telling me its rented or cannot be used.
Its 5pm on the 3rd. Today I will cancel the request. The worst thing is I lost out on 2 campers from another website waiting for RVnGo member not responding to their messages.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
I rarely leave reviews let alone bad ones, but I want to avoid anyone the trouble and stress. I had questions before booking and you can not book one way through their phone website, so I decided to call and speak with someone to book. THEY found me an RV for what I wanted and set it up and confirmed it. THEY sent me an email saying hurry and place your deposit before it is booked to someone else. I paid the deposit to hold it and then bought my plane ticket to complete my overall trip planned. I received an email hours later saying I no longer had the reservation and they declined me and refunded me my money. I was so confused. Apparently they didnt realize who they booked me with only allows 7day+ rental and they booked me for 4. I contacted them back frustrated and concerned because I had booked a plane ticket because I had everything confirmed with them. THEY found me another RV to use from a different location not too far from the last that was smaller, but cheaper so I took it. THEY again did all the booking and setting up for me. I again paid my deposit to hold the RV and they confirmed me again to find out the next day through email that the new RV they booked me with charges an additional $5000 fee for a one way trip after I was already given a price of $1800 for my total trip that I agreed to and put a deposit down on. I obviously was not going to pay $7000 for a one way shitter RV. Once again stuck with no RV and a oneway plane ticket. I called cruise america and they helped me out right away with an RV oneway with no extra charges evrything included (generator and miles) I don't know why I didn't go with them in the first place. Beware of RVNGO. they are just a middle man and have no idea what they are doing and know nothing about the rules and regulations of the people/business they connect you with. If anything I recommend just looking at their website to fine RV rentals and contact the businesses directly. They do not need to be in the equation. or just keep it safe and use Cruise America!

A Discriminating Company!
I found my experience in setting up a profile extremely disappointing because your insurance company seems to refuse anyone over 70! I’ve not found that elsewhere among your competitors and I will not obviously have anything to do with you in the future!!

I really cannot rate your service…
I really cannot rate your service because the two R.V.s I checked on apparently had already been reserved/rented for the dates of our vacation. I realize that my requests were very close to the planned date of departure. However, we had never used an R.V. for a family vacation before and just thought about it as a means of avoiding public restrooms along our route during the pandemic. I did like that your site listed not only how many could sleep in the R.V but how many seatbelts were provided. However, it would be helpful (and waste less of my time) if only R.V.s that were actually available on the dates I submitted online were those listed on your site as meeting my preferences.

#RVNGO-19 ... A sickening experience
#RVrentersandowners Beware of a Sickening experience #RVNGO-19
Renters and owners BEWARE. This is a horrible expensive unethical experience dealing with this company. We rented our vehicle through their platform. It was returned with roughly 25K in damages. #RVNGO-19 was evasive throughout the claim process, doctored pics and has abandoned full liability. It is now being pursued in civil court. the experience has damaged our foundation to the core. More than half a year so far and still going with our vehicle decommissioned while in their custodianship. Do not RISK your assets or peace of mind with this company. There are better options!
Please share this to help others not get sick.

a. Unfortunately it is a regretful experience. The fact that this company further intentionally avoids liability and has the audacity to misrep facts is very scary. Imagine a well funded company that is willing to break up your life line with no regard. Until the court proceedings, the general public can decide whether or not to take a chance with their bucket list adventure, professional need for a film shoot, family vacation or trusting #RVNGO-19 with their valuable asset.
b. The vehicle #RVNGO-19 stated is "30 years old" is actually 16 years old. Quite misleading. As the photos that #RVNGO-19 have doctored within the claim. Quite misleading. As, the overall process of liability has been shady throughout.
c. General Public ... Here is a video of the numerous renters over the years. You can determine from their experience if #RVNGO-19 is shady or a high risk experience to have a sickening experience.
Two Minute:
Search Youtube: SAAF RV Reel
d. General Public ... You have other options for renting an RV. We have been using Rvshare.com and Outdoorsy.com for years with zero issues. dozens of experiences. Professional, courteous, straight forward, honest. A rep from #RVNGO-19 cold called/messaged us asking for a chance to rent our RV. We granted that chance and our RV has been damaged and out of commission since Nov 11, 2019. Waiting for the civil case to clear the air. The renter, verifies admits, documented and recorded, of the damages caused. Has threatened to claim bankruptcy. #RVNGO-19 jumped ship along with their Insurance Provider Lloyd Of London and failed to protect the renter or us. Yet they have collected the insurance premiums and their relative fees.

Straight Forward pricing...
I’ve just had a few rentals thru RVnGO but as many as I can direct your way I will. Ian Call has been HUGE help to me as an owner and to the customers I have been able to send to RVnGO. Ian has been very patient and polite and has answered questions professionally and directed us to the workings of the website. What I really love 💕is the straight forward pricing for the owner and renter. Thank you!
