Water damaged Porsche Taycan RJ71 OJX
Lead to believe they carry out a detailed inspection and service of the cars before putting them up for sale. Diagnostic showed over 40 issues consistent with water ingress and lack of maintenance. Wasted time viewing a Porsche Taycan RJ71 OJX that a massive bill for anyone who buys it. Porsche have a bulletin #2217 that details the issues this car has.
Seeing their reply they are completely misleading customers. The diagnostic report is from an accredited diagnostic scanner and trusted company. Taycan have known issues publicly available in service bulletins SY224/20 and 2217, the faults identified are consistent with these.
Attempting to discredit me tells you everything you need to know about them as a dealer and this vehicle

With all due respect, after reviewing your Trustpilot profile, it appears you regularly visit used car dealerships carrying out your own diagnostic scans on vehicles.
While we appreciate every customer’s opinion, interpreting diagnostic reports correctly requires technical training, manufacturer knowledge, and proper qualification. Fault codes alone do not automatically confirm major defects or the condition you have described.
We strongly disagree with the statements made in your review, as they do not accurately reflect the condition of the vehicle. The Porsche Taycan was available for inspection, test drive, and independent checks prior to any purchase decision being made.
We would also advise caution when connecting third-party diagnostic equipment to vehicles without authorisation, as incorrect use can potentially interfere with vehicle systems, corrupt software, or even damage control modules and electronic components.

The salesperson was very helpful and took me through the buying process without any problems.

ABOVE & BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Excellent customer service with one little blip which was being told that collection by a transport carrier wasn't allowed after I'd made arrangements was a bit frustrating but I managed to get family members to collect the car.
Josh and then due to illness, Stewart, were both great. Paperwork, payment etc was without any problems. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
Then Natalia W in their Aftersales Dept has been excellent sending out an owners manual and replacement aerial to me.
Great communication without being pushy.
My car is better than expected good value for money. So far so good with it.
I highly recommend RW Cards the customer service goes above and beyond any car dealer I've dealt with in the past

We had not received close to this level of service from some of the brand dealerships we had enquired with. Would really recommend RW Cars. I found my them through autotrader and their cars are well described and photographed. The price was really competitive and quite a rare car so despite living over two hours away I decided to buy it from them. It was worth the trip. The setup at their garage is really good. There is plenty of parking. The cars are well displayed and easy to view. I dealt with Alex but all the staff I spoke to were warm, friendly and helpful. They have a nice waiting area and then private offices for speaking directly with sales staff. All the cars I viewed were well prepared. I’d definitely buy from them again.
