That was very quick and great service. As soon I arrived I didn't have to wait, car was fully charged before test drive.

We were welcomed onto the forecourt by an eager-to-please George Fowles.

First impression? We were sold at first sight of the double-denim outfit, complimented beautifully with the cycling glasses.

Negatives? This man works himself too hard, doesn’t take yes or no for an answer, offers far too much value for money and was sometimes overly attentive to our wants and needs.

He suggested a welcome alternative to our preferred car, the Peugeot Speedfighter 4, with a much more spacious and suitable Hyundai Tucson.

We felt at home in his office as he lit endless candles and incense and soothed our nerves with a YouTube playlist of the hardest U.K. drill.

Before we knew it, we were gifted the keys to our new ride. What we weren’t expecting was the the brass band, made up of fellow employees and visiting customers, playing to the tune of “You’ve got the love” by Florence and the Machine - a lovely touch.

On the whole, i can’t tell you he’s gonna be a success, or whether he’s the best man for the job. If you’re looking some boring, whitebread clock watcher who’s gonna get your car on time, George is not your guy. It’s either gonna be the worst decision of your life, orrr the biggest good decision of your life.

In all seriousness, lovely service, wonderful price and an even better man and salesman in George Fowles.

Drove 3 hours yesterday to pick up my new Tiguan R-Line from Peter Neil at RW Cars.

On arrival the car was parked up, clean and ready for a test drive. We were able to take it out on our own which was absolutely brilliant.

Pete then drove my part exchange and gave me a great price on that, which helped making buying my new car hassle free.

We talked through warranty options and decided on the 3 year offer (glad I did as since I’ve got home the reverse sensors won’t work! Called the warranty company today and all being sorted) so glad I did take this out for peace of mind!

Pete went above and beyond to help us yesterday and really made us feel at ease, he sorted car mats and talked me through a number of bits on the car.

Well worth the 3 hour drive, competitive fair prices for brilliant clean cars and they don’t rip you off.

Thanks Pete, we’ll be back again when we need our next one!

I saw the car on auto trader and rang up spoke to Josh who answered all our questions. When we arrived Josh remembered us and had the keys ready. The atmosphere at the garage is super chilled and positive. No one mithered us or tried to blag us at all which I loved, he gave us the keys and left us to it to look around the cars and let us test drive it on our own. I had a look around, test drove, part exchanged, sorted paper work and bought the car all in two hours it was the quickest most stress free relaxed experience I’ve ever had. I gave him my price I wanted and he stuck to it. Josh is super knowledgeable and knew every answer I asked without hesitation he even sorted all paperwork helped with my private reg and tax etc I literally had nothing to do he did it all, he gave us his number too for any future questions/problems if any. Would recommend 10/10

Brilliant garage!
This garage was recommended to me by someone in the trade so I took my 19 year old daughter to test drive an Audi1.
I reserved it online for £99 and agreed a date and time with the salesman (Harry). Daughter loved it and has been happily driving it for the last 6 months with no issues at all.
No pressure at all from the Harry and all the paperwork was clear and transparent.
When I’m in a position to purchase a car myself I will definitely use this garage!

From the outset of dealing with RW Cars, Stewart was incredibly helpful, approachable, and knowledgeable. His advice throughout the process was spot on, and he made everything straightforward and stress-free.
My car was financed through HP, and Stewart took the time to find the finance company that best suited my needs. As I was travelling down from Scotland to collect the car, I wasn’t able to view it in person beforehand. However, Stewart went above and beyond by sending me a detailed close-up video of both the exterior and interior, in addition to the standard video presentation. This gave me great confidence before making the journey.
On the day of collection, everything was organised perfectly and completed within 10 minutes. I was absolutely delighted with the car — it looked even better in person than it did in the videos.
Honestly, RW Cars provided the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve owned a lot of cars over the years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service and a hassle-free experience.

I seen a car on the website which was miles cheaper than the car I was originally going to see, exactly the same spec and year but £1500 cheaper. I rang up, Josh was really helpful over the phone. We came in the same day , the set up is amazing, lovely range of cars. Josh was really helpful, really straight forward. I was able to test drive the car within 5 minutes of being there. No problems with the car, amazing customer service, lovely, clean set up. Could not fault the company or Josh in any way! Amazing service , prices and care!!!
