Ryanair cancelled my payment as I paid…
Ryanair cancelled my payment as I paid half and was going to pay the other half then they put it into my wallet which I wasn’t aloud to take I had to use on a flight. When I tried to use it on a flight it said it was accepted then when I paid it didn’t take it out the wallet, I messaged them 6 times and put a complaint in on their website and all the chat said was you have to use it and they are not giving me my money back! The case hasn’t been sorted so that’s a lot of money I am now out of pocket! They could resolve this by letting me take the money back out of the wallet to my card as it was their fault it didn’t go through.
Very rude costumer service in Rabat airport
I will never ever book with Ryanair anymore the most rude customer service in Rabat airport Morocco, those ladies treat the people very poorly really rubbish. they don't train them how deal with customers I've seen a lot stopped using them and I'm one of them boycott ryanair.
Everything is designed to take more money
Everything is designed to take money from you.
1. For a flight with my wife, I decided not to pay for seats, and obviously we seated separated randomly. In the flight, the seat beside my wife was free.
2. I needed to check a cabin baggage which "priority" was included in the fee, but we had 1 baggage so 1 of us has "priority". The crew doesn't allow to enter together even though all passengers were mixed before get on the plane, so that "priority" is just a excuse to take more money. After the girls that worked there didn't let my wife to enter I decided to do the not priority line with her and be together, when we try to enter again, the same lady started a discussion about that I could easily just waited for her inside, the we told her either way all the people were mixed up so what was the point and she got mad. Btw, the previous flight was EasyJet, and they just didn't mind that 1 of us didn't have "priority" pass. They let us go together.
Good to know that EasyJet allows online…
Good to know that EasyJet allows online check-in up to 30 days before the flight — unlike some other airlines:RYANAIR that only allow check-in within 24 hours and then charge around £50 for late or missed check-in. Such a trap! Plus, I’ve already checked in online and need to queue an hour to get my boarding pass even I only have small handbag.
I will never never never never booking…
I will never never never never booking to Ryanair again !!!!
They charge me £55 each for not check in !!!
I refuse to pay because I didn’t know also told the lady who work for check in that I have no BSL access for full information
Am special need and wear sunflower layard but I won in the end and won’t book with them because I am very bad attack
Please please think carefully before you book and they are care with the money not client
IS RYANAIR RACIST? - YOU DECIDE
Travelled from the UK to Spain with Ryanair and I personally checked a large suitcase in the hold ( to take some clothes to my friend’s children) and took my cabin suitcase onboard. Both were seen at the check in desk. I was travelling with my husband and teenage son. On the return flight home from Murcia, we joined the queue to have our boarding passes and passports checked, which yielded no concerns. The woman then came back to me 5 minutes later and asked to see my boarding pass again. She then said that my cabin suitcase and that of my son’s needed to go in the sizing machine. I obliged and, while she accepted that my son’s was okay, she said mine was too big as part of the wheel was over the edge. I pointed out it had been seen going out by Ryanair and was not a problem and I have traveled to Spain for the past 5 years with the same suitcase. She then said I needed to pay €70 if I wanted to board. She did not approach anyone else in the queue, despite it being obvious that a number of suitcases were around the same size as mine and a few were bigger. I challenged her saying why she had not put everyone’s suitcases in the sizer as our plane going back had not yet landed, it wasn’t a long queue and there didn’t seem to be a lot of people with cabin suitcases. My husband, who is white, asked why she was picking on me and insisted that she be fair and balanced and do everyone, as there was plenty of time to do this. I then said I could not think of any reason why they had singled me out apart from the colour of my skin. There were no other black people in the queue. I kept saying this so everyone could hear as, despite me asking for them to check everyone, they just stuck to me. As a professional black woman who happened to have dreadlocks in my hair, I had no doubt that it was because of the colour of my skin and said that the only reason I had been singled out, and no-one else, was because of the colour of my skin. She denied this and eventually picked on this poor working class women with a young child and had her have her suitcase measured and made her pay the €70 even though she had no funds and her little girl burst into tears. There were clearly a number of people with cabin suitcases my size or larger, but for whatever reason the Spanish Ryanair woman chose to ignore this.
In all my years of flying with Ryanair I have not witnessed such blatant bias. I paid the money because I had to take my child to school the next day.
I am disgusted and appalled at the lack of integrity and sensitivity shown as the poor other woman was only picked on because I was saying that the Spanish woman’s actions seem racist on the basis she was not subjecting all bags to the sizer and only picked on someone else to attempt to prove that her actions were not racist. I was also told that I would receive a receipt via the email address the flights had been booked via and this is why, nearly 2 weeks later and no email receipt, I am doing my due diligence and sharing my very negative experience.
I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH RYANAIR AND WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THEY HAD MORE INTEGRITY!
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PRIME
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PRIME. Website promises free seat booking, free insurance and a discount on flights in April - June. Sounded ok for 79 pounds so I signed up although I anticipated there being an issue. Paid the money, booked the flight and none of the benefits offered were available. Spent an hour on the chatline, engaging with a useless chat box and then an equally useless human being. Told to file an action and have been going in ever decreasing circles ever since. Each person says complaint is resolved - what a lie! Now have to send snail mail to Ireland for a refund. Save yourself a stack of bother and DONT SIGN UP!! I have lost the will to live. I feel as if I have been scammed. Paid 79 pounds and have absolutely NOTHING in return but hassle and disappointment.

Greedy Airline
Unprofessional, uncaring Airline. Their website is not helpful at all and certainly not easy. This is a classic example of a money making and greedy Company. It doesn't even deserve one star!!! Will never look at them again and suggest others think twice.
Bahia City Hotel (Sud Bahia) Agadir
We decided to travel with you on the 2nd-6th. June.
We chose Agadir for a mini visit.
Agadir is a must go place, with a wonderful population, friendly and hospitable.
However, there is one blight that mars Agadir, and that is Sud Bahia (Bahia City Hotel) 3 star establishment that does not warrant more than one.
It is without doubt the worse hotel I have ever visited.
Dirt abounds throughout the hotel. There are virtually little or no amenities offered ie.toilet paper, towels, shampoo.these are small comforts that are accepted as normal anywhere else. We even found men’s semen on the blanket on our bed. When we asked for bedding to be changed, it was done with great reluctance.
We were given to understand that the club attached to the hotel is actually a clip joint and the hotel is used for nefarious means.
The noise from the club side or from the pool side is totally unacceptable and goes on till the early hours.
In conclusion, in my personal opinion, the Sud Bahia is an insult to Morocco and the great city of Agadir, and feel sorry for the visitors who will be going there.
Are there any checks on hotels that are recommended by you?

Absolutely dire
Standing in a large 4 line queue at East Mids with only one person checking everyone in. Cust service desk (2 people sitting doing nothing) say that is Ryan Air policy 1 check in desk per whole flight!! Rubbish We have just signed up for their Prime service as we travel numerous times a year. So far seen noth8ng for our mobey-no flight discount-same seats offered if we had just selected under the priority boarding we pay for. Waste of time. Perhaps we will try a different airline
Ryanair special (poor) assistance
Bought a ticket for my mum, asking for special assistance (my mum has Alzheimer's). She has been left by herself, getting out of the airport without her baggage. Crazy experience to retrieve the baggage. Luckily, she got out safe and sound. I started a claim. They sent emails with a link to the case, but... with nothing written in. After the 5th useless email, they close the case.
Hate hate hate hate them
Hate hate hate hate them. Rubbish Rubbish company. Asking me to pay an extra 25£ for my infant son to sit on the same seat as me. This company is rubbish and stressful. Tried reaching out to them but no luck. Absolutely non sense and rubbish staff. I’m so soo stressed
They trade to get as much extra charges…
They trade to get as much extra charges out of you as possible. If people would just bouycott Ryan Air for 3 months they'd 100% stop being as pathetic as they are. I had to place two jumpers up my top and look pregnant just to get on a flight it is utterly ridiculous how they trade but when everyone still books they wont have to stop. Please join me in bouycotting ConAir
A bunch of crooks
A bunch of crooks. Paid them a lot of money for my flights, changed them and now trying to sort out change of parking. They point you to their portal, which to be honest, is not fit for purpose. Was scammed en-route
SHAME ON YOU FAMILY UNFRIENDLY
despite getting the family tariff we cannot seat next to each other as you want to force us to pay EXTRA MONEY to seat next to each other
Ryan Airs Incredible algorithm
The algorithm Ryan Air must use to ensure that any couple or group who don't pay for a seat will NOT be sat together is incredible. On my return flights to Spain with 4 friends we were sat in different seats and scattered from front to back. A couple sat next to me turned out not to be together and their partners had also been sat apart from them.. It's a joke! Eurostar is the only other company we have used that scatter people around by selling seats from under their passengers or ensure that if you don't buy you seat you don't sit together. No wonder any company that doesn't treat their customers fairly end up with such low ratings.
45 minute wait for luggage to be…
45 minute wait for luggage to be delivered after the Newquay to Edinburgh flight. No explanation or apology. No staff available. Customer service is non-existent.
