Absolutely shocking (as always). Just flew back from Lanzarote. Huge delays at the airport, separated all families (one adult to check in board alone, the other to check in with the kids, regardle... See more

I would never fly with Ryan air again
I would never fly with Ryan air again. This was my first flight and my last. We were charged for being over the baggage limit. However, we paid for 30kg on our tickets on the Ryan Air website.
The case was 24 kg......simple maths, this doesn't add up. We travelled with the same case with the same weight out from the UK and it was fine but on the return it was not allowed in the hold unless we paid. The app doesn't work, when trying to order food and drink on the flight, nothing was available, not even water. They should be taken out of business by the airline authority. GIVE THEM A MISS.
I’ve never seen a worse airline
I’ve never seen a worse airline in my life. I booked the tickets through Booking.com, but when I went to make the reservation, the app threw up an error because I had to enter an email address rather than my first and last name. Apparently, the email address entered wasn’t mine, but that of the Booking.com service that had purchased the tickets for me. But never mind, that’s far from the worst of it. When I arrived at the airport, they made me pay €100 simply because I couldn’t book the tickets online due to a booking error! On top of that, they seated me and my child far apart, and to get us seated together, they made us pay twice as much! They deliberately make it impossible to check in online properly so they can force you to pay for basic services. In the end, just to get on the plane, you have to spend more money than the ticket itself costs! It’s absolutely dreadful!

Disappointed in language used by a member of staff.
Yes things had gone wrong when checking in for boarding FR1862 to Manchester from Cork but to turn to another member of staff a say this is a massive f up.
This is unacceptable in front of customers and degrading to the person who it was amid at.
Worst ever Airline
Worst ever Airline. Thieves, dodgers, scammers, con artists, information evaders, fraudsters and the list of naming names goes on and on and on and finishes but still is not enough to desrcibe the appaling and tricking behaviour of this airline. Dont believe anything they say and even if they offer you a free ticket dont board. They will rip you off money in some way you havent heard off or experienced.
I hate Ryanair
I hate Ryanair, actual thieves. Website is annoying and a money grab evey single click. I hate you guys... where tf is the company morale...
Ryanair customer service is a joke
Ryanair customer service is a complete joke. If you call, it is setup so you can never actually talk to a human being and always tells you to just look at their FAQ or use the live chat. Your phone number is blocked after around 5 calls. When trying to speak with a support agent via chat, they end the chat without resolving the issue. Something as simple as unsubscribing from their newsletter, they are incapable of doing when the issue is on their side. No unsub button on their email and using the link given by a support agent is supposed to send you an email on which you must click a link to confirm but you never actually receive the email. "sorry this is all we can do" then they end the chat.
PATHETIC!
Has to be the least user centred UX out there.
Has to be the least user centred website out there. It really isn't that complicated - take a look at other airline booking / change UX and just copy them if you have to. An utter embarrassment in this day and age and gives low confidence you can manage other aspects of service.

I was in the priority line and although it didn’t affect me there was a man and woman in front of me who clearly had bags that were within the requirements.
The staff member for some reason picked the couple out and asked them to put the bags in the measurement bin and they went in fine but the staff member said that the bags were to big and I swear it mustn’t have been 1mm outside the bin.
They were made to pay about £70 pound each and it made everyone in the queue feel completely uneasy as I though my bag would be checked but they waved me through and I think it’s because they thought I was Scottish and not foreign like the people they pulled out.
On the plane the over head cabins had plenty of room and the Nazi like enforcement of the baggage measurements is totally unnecessary and is nothing more than a scam.

I tried to get in touch with customer service shortly after a query about an error in a flight booking. The helpline would not let me speak to advisor, referring me to a chatbot that repeatedly asked the same questions. Eventually i got through to the Live 24/7 chat, and was placed in a queue. After more than two hours I reached position 1, and was disconnected. this happened three times, forcing me to repeat information i'd already given. I was more than four hours waiting and nothing happened. I tried again in the morning, and again, position 1, but nothing happened. I tried to call when the helplines opened at nine, but the AI bot just wants to divert you back to online help, which is insufficient. After trying several different options, the bot refuses to give you options and cuts you off, again diverting you back to online help pages that get you nowhere. This is not customer service. What does it say about the rest of the company. It's just insulting.
Very dirty
The flight was generally okay, but the cleanliness of the plane was really poor. The seats, windows, and overall cabin were very dirty and quite disgusting. It definitely needs improvement.
Terrible experience at the gate in Athens
Had booked a flight from Athens to London. We made sure we paid extra for a “Priority” ticket for an additional bag in the cabin and to check a bag. We did not have any checked bags but had one additional cabin bag. On arrival at the gate the airline person Aris at the gate said our one bag was slightly bigger than their limit and we had to pay 75 euros per bag. We asked him to waive it since we had already paid extra and he could check our 2 bags if needed. He said he would check with his people and asked us to wait on the side. He made us wait for about an hour as he checked all the passengers in. At the end he just said “you can throw away your bags” or pay the extra amount. He said they are a budget airline and we had to pay. He showed zero interest to help us. We were shocked and angry with his disrespectful behavior but we were tired standing there and paid the fees because we had no choice. He just gave us tags for the bags and we took our bags into the cabin. The bags fit in the cabin easily. We will dispute our charge with our credit card issuer and never fly on this airline again.
Worst airline ever
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ryanair. The level of service was among the worst I’ve ever encountered. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, showing little to no regard for passengers. It genuinely felt like customer satisfaction and basic courtesy were not a priority at all.
The management appears poorly organized, and the overall experience reflects a lack of professionalism across the board. For an airline of this scale, the disregard for reputation is surprising.
I will not be flying with them again and cannot recommend them to others—unless it’s an absolute emergency and no other options are available.
My experience with Ryanair was the worst experience ever
My experience with Ryanair was a nightmare.
My flight was at 10:00 AM, I arrived at 9:35, and the gate was already closed. The gate number was only shown about 15 minutes before closing, and it was a long walk—completely unrealistic timing. No final calls, no help, no flexibility.
Because of this, I missed my flight, lost my car booking in Mallorca, and had to wait 8 hours for the next flight. Staff were dismissive and didn’t seem to care at all.
I understand it’s a low-cost airline, but this level of poor communication and lack of basic customer care is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the stress.
Worst airline I have ever flown on!

Nothing else to say, just the worst airline I’ve ever flown on.

Tuve q pagar 120€ para desbloquear mi reserva q la hice atraves de eDreams. Me estafaron, no volveré a reservar ni con eDreams no con Ryanair. Al final no se bien quien es el estafador
Horrible airline and disgusting staff
The staff were condescending. My partner and I were miles apart from the plane, this I can deal with. What I cannot deal with is the total misrepresentation of a cabin bag. I got charged twice for the same luggage coming back from holiday because they said it needed to go in the hold. They literally are a scam and should be shut down.
Compliments to RyanAir staff member for helpful assistance with a travel documents problem
I travelled with Ryanair today from Bristol to Knock. I needed a change to my travel documents from the booked flight over. I wish to compliment and thank the checkin desk assistant who made the necessary changes with good knowledge of what she was doing; and in a very pleasant way. She made my journey less stressful and I thank her very much. Well done to her & to RyanAir for having such helpful and supportive staff
Staff and service is cheating
Staff and service is cheating . They allow you to purchase 10 kg cabin baggage however if baggage size is different they they treat as check in and charge extra. Its seriously misrepresentation. Won't recommend. Pathetic staff at boarding gate
Fraudulent without informed consent
Upon boarding I was told my bag was too big. I had used Ryanair to fly from Luton - knock with the same bag and not had an issue. There were plenty bags bigger than mine in the que not being picked up. I was told it would be 35 euro to put the bag in the hold. The attendant asked for my card, I assumed to put in a chip and pin reader but then started typing my full card number into the system. I wasn’t particularly happy with this but assumed I could trust them. I got home and checked my banking to see they charged 75 euro! This was without informed consent. I have tried speaking to customer service and no one can give me an actual figure to see if I was overcharged. The fact I was quote 35 euro and 75 euro was taken is disgusting. I have never written a bad review before as I’m of the mindset someone may have had a bad day etc but this is fraud.
