Ho wants to be a fan of a company that…

Who wants to be a fan of a company that spends big money on data warehouse just to find how to screw people over even better ?
Highly likely fake charity scratch cards, highly likely fake offers onboard, agressive spam, frequent random flight reschedules, close to 300 people i the queue chen you need the helpdesk support; these are just some of their top trumps.

Ryanair charges fee after fee free changing flight

I could change my flight for free in oktober or november 2020 for another flight before 31 march 2021.(i have a prinscreen of this). So i changed the flight to february 2021. I had to pay 10 euro extra for the flight. Something went wrong with that payment/connection. Afterwards Ryanair charged me a fee of 140 euro. It takes weeks to get an answer from them. With this standard answers i can't do nothing. My new flight is blocked i cant change anything. Now my new flight is cancelled beceause of Covid. I called them and now i have to pay first 140 euro fee and then i can get the other payed amount back .... when i'm lucky.... Never Ryanair again .... i had some more problems with them and they just don't communicate or sent an email to arrange things by their website. If you want to change something or refund your money etc. etc. the don't answer, don't help you, they just wait till the customer says...i quit with this i won't get my money back .... and Ryanair steal the money from their customers, who payed for their tickets.
I give 1 star. 1 star for Ryanair is too much! Never Ryanair again!

Left it to the last minute to tell me my flight was cancelled

First time flying with Ryanair and they've completely ruined it. I booked a short trip to Barcelona to watch my nephew play football. The trip was for 5 days from 31st March, everything was booked flights, hotel, carpark and transfers. I was about to get euros and Ryanair text me on 30th March at 14:00pm to tell me my flight was cancelled. I phoned Ryanair it took about 25minutes to get through. Ryanair told me it was due to the French strikes and they could offer me a refund for my flight or another flight. I asked for another flight and they said the only one available was on Tuesday 5th of April. That was the day I was flying home! Ryanair left me with no option but to cancel my flight. I looked for other flight but the prices were through the roof, I had to abandon my trip. I tried to claim Ryanair for everthing I lost and they said they can't offer me compensation because it was a strike and all they had to do was offer me cancellation or another flight. Offering a flight on the day I travel home is no option. Im left out of pocket and I missed my nephew play football. I'm not angry at the strike I'm angry at Ryanair texting me 13 hours before I was due to fly and giving me no option. Ryanair could have told me well in advance as they knew the strike was happening. Ryanair don't care who they affect or how much damage it costs, they made that clear when I phoned they were very rude. Any trip I go in the future and I advise anybody else who can't afford just to abandon a holiday DO NOT FLY WITH RYANAIR

Not even worth a star!

I had the disfortune of travelling on a ryanair flight to Marrakech in November. On the departure we were told there weas no water and no food; if anyone wanted to go to the toilet they would have to wait! i witnessed a small child urinating on the floor! the flight couldnt land and decided that it would go to Agadir (not really close!), even though 4 minutes behind a flight from Edinburgh (Easyjet) landed with some of my family on. we were huddled off the plane, left qaiting for 2 hours, then told a bus weould come and collect us. This never happened and then we were told 3 hours later a plane would take us. we queued for another hour then were told there was nothing! We had to run in a rampage for taxis (there was 10 of us - a 40th birthday present). This cost us £280 each taxi which Ryanair have refused to pay back. Then our taxi driver tried to kidnap us; we had to fight him for control of the vehicle and take control of it until he agreed to take us to Marrakech. We had a 5 year old child with us! RYANAIR will never get any of my 4 holildays abroad every again. i will pay more just to travel with common sense and legality. Overall a £2000 holiday cost £4000!!! never again!!
