Very poor service at Rybrook Huddersfield
After numerous visits to Rybrook Jaguar Huddersfield, with our Fpace we were offered an 12 montgs extended warranty after the original one runs out. This was offered by Conner and the lady who is head of services at Huddersfield. Rang up to implement the said extra warranty to be told that neither of them can remember offering this. We have had so many problems with this car since we picked it up brand new in 2021. Some of the courtesy cars have been less than satisfactory including one that had the said head of services boyfriend dirty smelly clothes in suitcases in boot. Not only making the car smell but we were unable to use the boot. On some occasions they had our car fir months on end due to lack of finding the major problem and being able to get parts.
Personally I will not be giving Huddersfield any more of my hard earned money nor will I recommend them to anybody.
Appaling customer service
Appaling customer service. Car booked in for a service three weeks in advance. Told on the day . Parts on back order. No idea of time frame apart from now or in 2/4/6 weeks. ???? And of course its not their fault..its the 'system'.

We could not fault our experience with Land Drover Stoke Rybrook and team, especially Mike and Nick. They went above and beyond to cater for our needs and we were treated like family by Mike, we cherish this quality coming from a family owned business ourselves and everybody was very patient as we had some trouble with our insurance. Highly recommended Rybrook, the car is premium quality and condition, me and my wife were more than pleased with our over all experience with Rybrook, could not recommend them enough.

When I bought my 2yr old Velar , I drove 100 yards and a fault light came on ...I went straight back...turned out the new alloys and tyres they had put on were not talking to the computer...so they were replaced immediately .
The bottom line, Nik the salesman , owned the problem...offered proper solutions...did not shirk responsibility and got on with putting it right immediately. He has continued to be awesome in answering queries and giving advice. The garage in Conwy is about 400 miles from me in furthest Cornwall, but I would not hesitate to go there again and to recommend it. Similar a chum who went with me could see the quality of the service and will too consider using them bypassing dealerships between Exeter and north Wales. I can't speak more highly of them.
Rybrook Landrover Huddersfield
Booked my Range Rover Sport into Rybrook Huddersfield due to a safety recall notice on a cooling pipe fault weeks in advance. Received text notification to attend. Arrived at 8 am where I had been registered.
Upon arrival and check in was informed the parts aren’t in and they will need to call me back. When I asked when will the parts be in I was informed we don’t know. There is a major fault that the technology for parts system and the service system don’t have any interface.

Had an issue with car but after contacting head of business Paul he handled the situation so promptly and professionally it was resolved in days and i am a very happy customer
Don’t book with Rybrook. Liars & scammers..
If I could give Rybrook Huddersfield 0 stars I would. Lies, incompetence, complete disregard for customer service, the list goes on. This should have been a straight forward service & to investigate why the stop/start hadn’t worked since Rybrooks previous work 1yr prior. The previous work was non-starter electrical fault. The car was stripped apart to inspect wiring throughout, both fuse boxes replaced at great expense. Eventually the car started after replacing the 2nd fuse box & fully reprogramming the car. That was a bad enough experience for many reasons. However ever since Rybrooks work 1yr ago the stop/start hadn’t worked despite new batteries. Given the 2yr warranty it was only right they resolved the issue. Booked weeks in advance to ensure a courtesy car was available, stressed that it was essential as my car is used for work. Night before the service received a voicemail stating a courtesy car was no longer available due to other work overrunning however they will see me tomorrow. Well, not without a courtesy car you won’t. Emailed them the next morning saying it wasn’t good enough & unless a courtesy car was provided there is no possible way I could attend. Received an email & voicemail from the service manager Michelle apologising admitting that my “email doesn’t make good reading” also saying a courtesy car will now be available in the afternoon. Michelle asked me to give Rybrook another chance & bring my car in the afternoon instead. “We will look after you with the price” she said. When I collected the car, not only did they not “look after” me with the price, they told me they didn’t have time to properly diagnose the stop/start issue. I was given a rough guess that the issue may be brake pedal position related but they insisted it was nothing to do with their work 1yr prior. By now I’d had enough, I just wanted rid of the car to the buyer lined up. Paid the bill & left. 5mins into my journey loud knocking noises appeared from the front of the car. I’d had a brake fluid & oil change, plus timing belt done. Too late to do anything about it plus weekend I contacted them few days later. Explained I wasn’t happy at all & they need to take the car back to investigate the noise & provide a courtesy car again. Not only that, fix the stop/start issue as they were meant to. By this point the buyer was no longer happy to wait & I lost the sale. Couple days later I received a call to say they believed the problem was both front suspensions & engine mounts, therefore nothing to do with their service. Quoting over £2500 to fix the noise. Perhaps Rybrook forgot the video they take after the service, & at each corner the service technician states “suspension fine”. So Rybrook basically said that from picking the car up, to driving 5mins down the motorway, that both suspensions have gone? As well as the engine mounts? Complete lies & a clear attempt to deflect from their own substandard work & to try extract yet more money. I’d only had the MOT done 2wks prior as well. Not only that, but they claim to have spent more time trying to diagnose the stop/start issue & concluded that “after checking the notes from the previous work, it wouldn’t be possible for that work to cause the fault”. Apparently job notes tell you whether someone slightly damaged a wire or knocked something. Keep in mind they stripped the whole car & dash apart then reprogrammed it. Despite still being inside the warranty period, Rybrook stated that because I hadn’t approached them earlier about the fault (the stop/start feature isn’t something I like, I wanted it resolved for the sale only) they were unprepared to work on it further & wanted me to approve diagnostic work at over £120 per hour. No chance, it worked prior. How many customers have they scammed like this? I know of 2 other people who have used Rybrook, both of whom don’t have a good word to say about them. Needless to say I told them under no circumstances would I be willing to give them any more money & I would be collecting the car the next morning. Finally got my keys & then got accused of scratching the courtesy car. The same car I was given where no walk off was done, no checks, nothing. I even had to sign acceptance prior to seeing the courtesy car. I took the car to an independent garage a few days after collecting it to do a full inspection on the vehicle. £150 later I received a report saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with the suspensions or engine mounts. This is evidence that Rybrook completely lied. The garage re-did the brake fluid which was done by Rybrook, clunking noise gone. I spent nearly £1000 on the service & inspecting Rybrooks work. The amount of time and stress Rybrook caused me is just ridiculous. I urge anyone thinking of using Rybrook Huddersfield to save yourself a lot of time, money & problems. Go elsewhere.

Took my Range Rover Sport on Tuesday…
Took my Range Rover Sport on Tuesday 9th May 23 at 8.00am for a slight oil leak (for the second time as it couldn’t be fixed in time when it was first with them, so had to re-book!). I was expecting to leave my car for 4 days for a diagnostic check, followed by the necessary repair. I’d not had an update by midday Thursday 11th may as they told me I would, so I looked on my tracker only to reveal the car had not moved, so I knew the service team hadn’t even started the diagnosis! When I rang service reception, I was told that the receptionist dealing with my car was not at her desk! (which seems to happen all the time) When she rang me back, she said my car was in the workshop, couldn’t read the engineers notes as to what the problem actually was and didn’t think it was going to ready by the agreed day of Friday…infuriatingly I knew she wasn’t telling me the truth as it was still untouched in the car park! Having caught her out, she said she would ask a manager to call me back, which eventually he did but it was 24 hours later, which considering what had just happened I found unacceptable and poor service! He told me it was a seal/gasket needed to complete the repair and that this would be ordered overnight for Saturday morning, with the car then expected to be ready Monday or the latest Tuesday. I again hadn’t heard anything so I rang to chase on Tuesday @11am. No-one had returned my call by 2pm, so I rang again…there was still no-one available to speak to! The receptionist rang back at 3pm to tell me the parts were on back order, so it still wouldn’t be ready! They then wanted me to re-book!!! Surely they would have known this on Friday and selling high-end cars I would expect a better organised and more polite customer service. My advice is - do not use Rybrook Land Rover, Huddersfield they are unorganised, lie to customers and don’t get the job done!

I’ve contacted Rybrook Chester to make an appointment for viewing of the car that I’m interested in and they made a reservation for this appointment a week earlier. At the same day when I am supposed to see the car, they did give a call in the morning and said that they gave the car to another customer. From my point of view, the purpose of making appointment is to reserve the car in advance for people. I’m extremely disappointed about the last minute call and cancellation.

This is a terrible garage. They charged me a fortune for a service and were not honest about what this entailed. When I tried to question the very minimal amount of work done for an extortionate price, the staff were rude. Avoid this company.
RR Sport sold despite being due a service
Bought a Range Rover Sport in August 2021 from Rybrook Huddersfield. The car was sold despite being due a service in July. This goes against the manufacturer's 'Approved Used' requirements. We are now trying to sell the car and this is affecting the value by around £600. We will look to pursue legal proceedings against Rybrook Huddersfield in the coming weeks with the aim of being compensated for our loss.

Excellent Aftersales Customer Service
I had purchased a new cover for my McLaren in December. Unfortunately the cover failed after a couple of months (looks to be a defect on the rear of the cover). I contacted the Birmingham branch, which I had purchased the cover from and the level of service from Andrew in parts was the best I have ever had. My Saturday query was actioned at 9:01am the next working day. Within a couple of hours I had received confirmation the cover was being replaced under warranty by McLaren. Very happy with the response time and outcome.
