I took my car in for a service at…

I took my car in for a service at Rybrook Worcester dealership. They sprayed some substance on the steering wheel and then left it in direct sunlight on what was one of the hottest days of the year. When I went to collect my vehicle I noticed the wheel was rough and something had taken the sheen off parts of the leather leaving it dull and rough like something had burnt away the top parts of leather.
I immediately informed the member of staff that was dealing with my service and after examining the damage he promised to contact the dealership warranty department and call me within a few days. I’ve been ignored ever since which is appalling way to treat a customer!

BOUGHT THE NEW RANGEROVER VOGUE FROM…

BOUGHT THE NEW RANGEROVER VOGUE FROM…
BOUGHT THE NEW RANGEROVER VOGUE FROM RYBROOK LANDROVER HUDDERSFIELD

Always bought cars from dealers and every time they have given the car to us with a full tank of fuel but at this dealership the tank was totally empty and after getting home we realised it had paint on rear seat and after now we have been told they never bothered sending logbook off to dvla and had to do it ourselves. After complaining about all this we were told we will gett a call back from the sales manager regarding the complaint but nothing as they have had our money. Don't trust these guys they have no after sales and no complaints procedure. Feels like am treated like this because am asain and they think they can get away with it Mr Khan SB18YFR. Ridiculous considering your spending all that money and being treated like that and feeling this way.

Looking at the reviews it looks like another asain guy has felt very similar to me. SO IS THIS SERVICE ONLY PROVIDED TO THE COLOURED PEOPLE?

If you want to be lied to and ignored…

If you want to be lied to and ignored when calling repeatedly then go to this dealer. Used for service of a premium 2 year old Range Rover, and can't believe how bad the customer service is. Even tried contacting their head office, who make it really hard to find a number. I was lied to by Rick on service, I have called David Cole, and Steve Thomas repeatedly always busy, and never return calls, I pity the poor girl on reception who is forced to field their calls. Unfortunately my experience of Range Rover after sales actually made me sell the car, and revert back to Mercedes, who have much better customer service, and more robust products.
